Big city coffee in a small town. Outstanding coffee shop! Not our typical suburban coffee house or chain. This unique location is something special. The atmosphere is great with a lot of seating. Very modern inside and a great place to work or read. Now let’s talk coffee. These guys and girls can make an amazing latte. I always get a latte at new locations because it’ll tell me everything I need to know about how well they can pull the shot and make some milk magic. They are great at it! They could easily charge double for their espresso drinks but I think they know better.
Overall very impressed and can’t recommend s other coffee shop out side of Dallas.

I really want to like RE:defined. Excellent coffee and a nice environment, but the staff are not very welcoming or friendly except to their favorite customers. I've been in several times over the past couple months and the experience has been consistent regardless of barista.

Best coffee house I ever been to! A friend and I love this little jewel. My Mocha latte was rich chocolatey coffee with a hint of sweetness(should be illegal drug for tasting so good)! My cinamon roll was out of this world. I had second just a latte but wow just as good. This place is homey comfortable. I was lucky enough to find a leather settee to sit on and doubted its comfortability. Needless to say I did not want to get up to go. This place is packed and beats the main coffee house chain in all arenas. Its someplace special. $$

Despite being called a coffee house, coffee is second to its focus on community for those coming in for a chat or those staying a while to get work done. There's tons on space, but there's a good chance they'll all be taken, especially in the morning. Some spaces are quietly in another room and some are available to rent.
The coffee (even a bottomless drip) and tea are great and there are gluten free options for pastries. Great atmosphere, great coffee, and a friendly staff.

This was my first time at the new location of RE:defined, and it was every bit as wonderful as before. The spacious interior is beautifully decorated, and the soft music is enjoyable, but not so loud to be intrusive on conversation. We had 9 adults and 1 baby in our party, and they had a lovely large table tucked into a semi-private corner
It was great for a visit with our family who traveled in from Minnesota. The lavender latte was delicious, and I had a great time. Staff was very friendly as always. Definitely give this place a try. ☕

Great coffee, friendly staff, and a variety of comfortable seating options. The WiFi is also good. Cool place to come and work or socialize.

RE:defined has great aesthetics and ambiance, but could improve on customer service. It is not too noisy at about 1/2 capacity, which I do really appreciate because grinding coffee beans and frothing milk can be very loud, but it is actually quite tolerable here. Some staff was very friendly, others, not so much. The coffee was good- not the best I've had, but definitely not the worst. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

My first time at RE:defined. The space is really nice to accommodate a variety of customers - solo visitors looking for a comfy chair, Friends-style friends on couches, hipsters at tables with laptops. The cappuccino was excellent. The problem? I just wanted a cup of Joe to go and it took over 15 minutes. There were only 2 people in front of me.I took pictures while I waited.
I'll try them again and cross my fingers the service is faster.

Beautiful location and atmosphere. Enjoyed a cortado and drip coffee. They had tons of options and would pour over or French press. Multiple coffee options as well. This place is doing it right. Prices seemed high but probably on par for craft coffee. Look forward to trying it again when in town.

RE:defined's new spot in Downtown Grapevine is REdiculously awesome. A lot of thought was put into the seating options which I appreciated. There are traditional tables of course but also booths, short tables, couches, and meeting tables. There are even closed off rooms that offer a distraction free environment and they can be rented which can serve as a great study room or a meeting area. Of course the coffee is fantastic and reasonably priced.
No staying but still want coffee? There are four "to-go" spots right up front which is convenient considering that the parking lot is limited.
