Walked in at 7:58pm today on a Monday and was told that the people that were already there in line were the last to be served cuz they were closing soon. I get it closing soon but put a sign in the door or something to let people know you are closing early before people continue to go in. Hours said it closing was 9pm not 7:58pm

Place was kinda deceptive from the outside. We'd walked past it like 10 times and never thought much of it but once we walked in it was a breath of fresh air. Was huge and the coffee was delicious. They had live music too. Place was freezing though. Keep that in mind. Ample space to study or meet or just relax.

Best coffee shop in Georgetown! Thank you guys for always making me feel at home there.

Person taking order said recipes are so secret that the employees don't even know if there is vanilla in them.

This place has gone downhill. I haven't been here in awhile, but stopped by for 3 drinks. The tall redhead is rude and not friendly at all. Asking questions got me short, rude responses and I was the only one in line.
I got 3 lattes and it was $17 plus, that sounded about average for other places, until they made them and they were in the kid size cups. I asked them if that was actually the size I paid for and she said it was their regular size.
These drinks were half the size of similar drinks from Summermoon or Starbucks. Not saying all of their employees are as rude as this girl was, but their drinks sizes and prices are ridiculous. Terrible customer service, will stick with Summermoon from now on.

Sad coffee shop, with bad coffee and poor attitudes.
The espresso was terribly bitter and they were out of chai and unwilling to make more. The baristas had very poor attitudes. It seems they have bad training as they think it’s okay to ignore costumers. Even if there is a line you should be welcoming and willing to work to accommodate customers.
Not a good experience.

Atmosphere is nice, but nitro cold brew was watered down. In addition, watched the barista handle cash with his bare hands and immediately go back to making drinks, even put his fingers on the inside of the shot cup…

Never going back- tried the Georgetown location a few times, every time I’ve been in the baristas are never friendly and look disinterested or bored. No, “hello” or “how are you?” Even walking up to the counter the barista just stared at me and it was extremely awkward. I had to then say, “are you ready to take my order or do I need to wait?” Super weird. Ordered a large iced latte with coconut milk. Ended up being over $7, which I was a little concerned. That’s a lot for a regular iced latte. When she was done she said here is your lamba latte. I told her I ordered a regular latte. So she had to remake it. Once mine was done, I asked her if I had been over charged for the wrong drink and the barista stared at me with the most rude and stern look and very firmly said no. I was taken aback. I checked my bank account after, I had gone in the week before and ordered the same drink. I had paid $6.66 last week, not $7. Not to mention, before I got my drink, they had also messed up on the girl’s drink who ordered before me and had to remake hers as well. Not impressed. I can get the same coffee with better service and at a cheaper price at 309.
