Very cool spot on the canals. Initally you would think its an odd spot being very residential but it's an ideal location. Plenty of outdoor area for any group activities. Food and coffee is also very good. Good spot to bring kids. There is also a conference room that can be booked.

It's super cute and cozy! I love coming here to study and I love their seasonal drinks! Great value and atmosphere! Recommend this to anyone who wants to mix it up from the main stream coffee shops!

Out the way from town but definitely worth it

Immaculate vibes! I got the raspberry rose Frappuccino and my mom got the Hazelnut Frappuccino. They both absolutely slapped! 10/10. Its in such a pretty neighborhood too! We loved it!

Excellent coffee however their pastry selection leaves something to be desired. The muffins looked good, but didn't taste great. Great place to study or enjoy time with friends!

Coffee was good - service was outstanding!

The coffee was wonderful!! The food choices were lacking, though. I got a sandwich and a muffin, and they were both okay. Typical coffee shop snacks. Overall, this was a nice shop to stop and take a breather. Great views of the water.

This place is very cute! I think the coffee is pretty good, it seems like they get a little overwhelmed when it is busy and it gets a little slower but overall a nice place

THE ABSOLUTE BEST frappucino I've ever had! The gals behind the counter were really nice and what a great location! Nicely decorated inside and great view outside. Nifty little place! They serve wine too!

Such a beautiful place to study or catch up with friends! They have delicious coffee, lots of out door sitting, and a very calm environment. Perfect for Sunday afternoon studying.
