The worst Dairy queen I've been too. The bread on my hot dog was soaked I could not even pick it up with out it breaking, my fries were super stale & when I asked for more ketchup, the lady told me she had already put... 2 ketchup is not enough. My bag ripped on me from how soaked it was from the chili grease. By far the worst dq

Not the best ! We stood there for a good minute while employees passd us by. Finally when we order & get our food it tasted like RE HEATED FAST FOOD! Ice cream was good tho

The food was good,however the place was a dump! Looks like it wasn’t cleaned the whole day. There was 10 people working and they were all just standing around. Workers were just throwing just throwing items on the floor. Couldn’t use a trash can.

Ordered banana split thru drive thru. 15 min. Later we are at the window. My husband is handed a banana split with no lid. Strawberry topping is overflowing and dripping off. He asks why there's no lid on it. We are told that lids are given upon request. She then ask us if we wanted a lid, to which we replied no. We had to ask for a bag to sit it on. There's no way a lid would have fit on it without squishing out more topping down the sides. I understand serving no lids for dine in but togo is togo! Nobody serves soda at a drive thru without lids! I can only assume that young girl working there was told that by management to save money. I've traveled to many states. Never have I ordered togo items served like that!

Check your order. I received a cheeseburger without cheese, stale fat fries, no onion rings and the ice cream cone was not chocolate. We got our money back.

Worst DQ I have ever visited. Rude waitress. My son ordered a cheeseburger. It arrived with no cheese. When he took it back to the counter this rude waitress basically laughed in his face and threw a cold piece of cheese on the burger and handed it back to him. I know never to stop there anymore on my way to San Antonio.

I’m a regular costumer here and they keep messing up our to-go orders, the service gets slow, and all these new people they keep hiring are no good I’m sorry I love DQ but they could do a little better at their service and food. Just saying

This is the worst DQ I've ever been too. We waited forever which was fine but then didn't have our kids meal. Tried to call to complain. No answer. Definitely will not be going back.

This Dairy Queen was clean, staff was friendly, burger was not grilled but flame kissed, fries were better than my Austin DQ. Everything else that seem to be served look like a normal DQ. I would eat there again. My rating is based on a DQ and what I expect from a DQ.

This is honestly by far the fastest DQ I have been to. Only bad experience was them forgetting my sundae so I had to remind them after a 30 minute wait but haven't had that problem recently.
