Food was good. Dining in area needed alot of attention. There was a young employee cleaning the tables, but didn't seem to see all the trash on the floor and all inside and outside Trash cans were full. This was about 3:30pm on Sunday.

My wife and I just left this location a few minutes ago (approx 6:30pm on May 21st, 2019). The ice cream blizzard was good...but I leave this review a 1-star for a very big reason.

One of the workers made us feel extremely uncomfortable. My wife and I got a large Blizzard to share to save money and not overindulge. The eldest worker there at the time, an overweight Hispanic female, kept giving my wife and I ugly looks.

My wife went up to the front to ask for an extra long red spoon as we were sharing ice cream. This employee rudely refused and told my wife to go get a short black spoon that was by the service area where straws and such were. I mean... okay this black spoon is way too short for such a tall cup. I guess she was mad and taking it personally that we did not buy two ice creams? I don't know.

I was unaware of what had happened up until the point she walked up to our table way too close in our personal space out of nowhere (so quickly and aggressively) and in an ugly tone said, "let me have your number" (she was referring to the number tent that come with all orders so they are able to bring you your food/ice cream when the order is ready).

I was wondering why she did this. All of the other tables with people sitting around us still had their numbers. We got a very bad vibe from this lady. It wasn't until we got into the car when my wife told me this was the lady that refused an extra Blizzard spoon for our Blizzard. My wife also caught her glaring at us several times during our short 15 minute DQ dine-in.

I'm writing this review in hopes that someone takes notice and does something about this poor customer service. Customers shouldn't be treated this way and I wouldn't take the time to write this long review if we hadn't felt so uncomfortable. We were having a good day enjoying our ice cream before finishing our road trip, then she came around and kinda killed the mood. I hope she has a better day.

They were out of ketchup and didn’t let us know before ordering French fries. With ketchup being the American go to condiment, thats a problem for me. I wouldn’t have gotten them if I knew that. Then they had the balls to charge me for any other condiments, IF I wanted them. Never again DQ!

Went in and was told we wouldn’t be helped without a mask on but we could go through the drive thru. After we kindly agreed, a worker made a mildly snotty remark saying ‘nobody is allowed in here without a mask.’ Meanwhile there’s 5 people inside without masks on.
As we got into our car to go through the drive thru, I saw one of the workers making drinks without her mask on. After that, we chose not to support this place.
I call this bad management and hypocrisy at its finest.

Just driving through and dropped in to with the family to eat and the experience was horrible. I'm sorry but anytime Im paying for food and it wasn't no chump change $46 for family of 5, all our hamburgers we're cold. The meat looked like it had been sitting there precooked for hours and the cheese was cold on the ready to eat burger and the buns we're old. I'm sorry very bad fast food service.

If you had to guess what an STD smells like just walk in the bathroom here. The entire place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for at least a month. Food was ok but I’d definitely pick another establishment next time I pass through. Nobody here wants to their job.

Best experience I've ever received at a Dairy Queen. Manager has trained an exceptional staff that was cheerful and welcoming as well as speedy and efficient! Great job!

Terrible I ordered the special 4 piece Steak Fingers was given a price
When I pulled up to the window the young employee handed me two chocolate dipped cone ice creams . I asked what was this? He asked me what I ordered I told him the Special
He then ask for ice cream cone back I just asked him if was ok to keep it since I already handled it he said Noooo give it back it belongs to the customer behine you. After driving off I checked my receipt it said two chocolate cone ice creams for $7.15 WAAAY more than the special. To top it off there were only 3 Steak Fingers
The line was to long to get it corrected. I wonder with the COVD did that employee actually give it to the customer behind me?

An absolutely disgusting restaurant. The tables and floors were filthy. There were flys buzzing around everywhere and it took over 20 minutes for my order with an empty restaurant. The workers were more interested in goofing off and flirting with one another than me as a customer. I waited for 5 minutes at the counter without even being acknowledged and was treated horribly. They did not have quite a few items available that were on their menu and the woman acted like I was making her mad by asking for the food I wanted.
