My go-to for fancy coffee in Dallas.

The coffee is really good and the service is equally satisfying. The y have a building next door adjacent to the serving building but it needs work. The area is very plain and the floor is coming up. They have hazard signs but people still trip over the floor. They also need to expand their menu and add more drinks.

I came here expecting really good coffee especially from the reviews. But my coffee tasted really sour and bitter, when my order was a vanilla latte. I’m not sure if it was because the workers were new, but they frothed the milk way too long and even said that in front of me and my friend. They still poured that milk into our drinks and after tasting it, it was super bitter. Really disappointing especially since it was $6.

The service was great, he took the time to explain the different notes of each coffee that he was offering at the time. Nice customer service all around. Coffee was delicious.

Coffee tasted good but temperature was not hot enough. Coffee was warm after a few sips but the taste was great. I had the reserve coffee El Salvador. Ambience is good and store is well designed. I would not, however, go here to get work done or study. The main building where you buy the coffee has high chairs and barely any counter space. The other building is like a lounge but there are these tiny tables that would barely fit a laptop. Honestly, no table space where i can get some work done or study is a major let down with this location and for that reason I would not return. I like the coffee but they need to add some tables so customers can actually have some space to work. I'm sure this design was intentional to prevent customers from 'hanging out' for long periods of time studying or getting work done. If that is the case then it worked as I barely spent 15 minutes in the store. Dunn brothers in Addison gives me a good working space with great coffee. Will not return.

Drinks are smaller than Starbucks yet more expensive than Starbucks. Not sure how this is possible especially when the coffee is nothing special. 8.50 for a large mocha with 1 add shot. . . The coffee at Herbs coffee house is extraordinarily better and actually worth the price.this place is outrageously priced.

This coffee shop was such a nice find. I stumbled across this beauty while charging my car. The batista was amazing and very outgoing. He made the best Chai latte anyone could ask for! I like the uniqueness of the establishment. I was able to work here and the vibe was awesome. He was able to direct me to different food establishments in the plaza. Please if you stop by here you will not be disappointed.

Staff was nice and the environment is very inviting and relaxed. Little pricy but the vanilla latte was good!

Had a great chocolate latte. Friendly service. Very spare/minimalist coffee shop.

Nice baristas. Patient with coffee newbie customers in front of me. No attitude. Also a great cortado. Skip the green lady and support this shop!
