Herb's House Coffee + Company

Just found this coffee shop near SMU, really good coffee, large space with lots of seating. Even has conference and team work rooms!

Upscale, friendly and casual coffee shop and workspace. Great atmosphere for chatting or working. Very nice selection of pasteries and beverages. Just discovered today and will be back soon.

This place is a GEM! Found it because I needed a good space to work on Friday. Coffee was great and the staff were very friendly. Tacodeli breakfast tacos were a plus. I will be back!!

Herb's is a great place for fellowship, studying, attending Steve Lawson's Bible study and more. The service is wonderful!!

I like the location, ambience and space. Food and coffee is good and friendly staff. They play evangelical music over the speakers which is pretty distracting so you can't stay for too long. Otherwise - definitely recommend.

Super clean, super professional place. Great place to sit down and get some work done. The staff were super nice, helpful and easy to talk to. Coffee was pretty solid as well 😊.

The atmosphere is great. I ordered a cortado and while it came out hot it had way too much milk foam. It really wasn't a cortado as a result.

Great coffee drinks and relaxing atmosphere. Good place to work or hang out. There is outdoor seating as well that is very comfortable.
