This coffee shop never disappoints. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming. Love the coffee and the atmosphere!

Lavender latte and honey latte were amazing! Love the space, great for work/study. Outdoor space covered as well!

One of the best cups of coffee I've ever had and the barrista was so nice!

I really like the lounge area definitely want to come by and study. But the barista working today must be having a bad day or he hates his job to top it off I paid $4.60 for a 12oz drink?!

Had their honeymoon latte and it was delicious. The place was very clean and bright.

These guys do a great job of getting your orders made and made correctly.

I came in with a large group of cyclist and they had no advanced warning we were coming, but they handled us with no hiccups and no issues. Service with a smile and we'll done.

As always…Great coffee, great service and of course great atmosphere. Everyone doing their own thing and the baristas are always too kind! They treat you like part of the coffee shop! They’re too fast at making you the coffee and what I love the most is the availability of their conference rooms. They saved my life during COVID.

I enjoyed the coffee (no matter how expensive) but am abhorred by the poor service. Today I came in a little bit past lunchtime for a coffee and I was sitting chatting with a friend on the phone. I took out my lunch to eat and was told no outside food by one of the workers (manager?). I understood so I put my lunch away and continued enjoying my coffee. After maybe 10 minutes, the same worker came back and informed me that I was being too loud and disruptive. She was hostile and argumentative, saying I probably did not know how loud I was. At the same time, the cafe seemed relatively empty and I could hear the music over my conversation, so I was definitely not louder than the music. I did not appreciate her approach towards me, especially as I paid for my coffee. I told her I didn't want to stay even though I could. The worker continued to monitor me as I packed up my belongings and walked out. I didn't want to argue the interaction, but it was so very poor and off-putting. If I were truly disruptive, I think there's a right way to inform your paying customers so that they are encouraged to come back, too. Instead, I feel patronized and almost as though I was not welcome in the first place - maybe bc I do not look like the right demographic for the SMU crowd. Never coming back.

Delicious hot chocolate but I think the staff was either very tired or just plain cranky.

Nice spot for coffee and getting some work done. The atmosphere and seating area are perfect, great for a lazy Saturday while getting some emails done. Honestly, the 5 stars is for the amazing seating area, because the coffee is good but nothing. I shouldn't complain considering how devoid Dallas is of good coffee spots (especially post-pandemic).
