Herb's House Coffee + Company

Went into herbs asked the cost of renting a conference room and was told by the initial person that she didn’t know. Then she said $40 per hour so I asked if we could get a multi hour discount to rent a room. The initial person said she didn’t know that she would have to ask the manager. So I asked if we could do half hours she said no. I asked if she could ask the manager. She then said that she didn’t know where the manager was. The manager walked behind her and I asked is that the manager the manager said yes why. I then asked if we could get a discount for multi hour rentals she said no. I then asked if we could rent the rooms by the half hour she said yes. So I asked her if we could get a free (1 free coffee) for the room rental if we rented it for 2 hours. She said no that man in a room she pointed 2 is paying $120. I said but I’m not him and I’m not rich. She said she wasn’t rich either. I rented the room and we went into the room. Pam the manager then walked all the way back to the conference room to tell me off. She then argued saying that I made her employee feel uncomfortable by asking those questions and that I shouldn’t have asked any questions. She then told me that she wouldn’t renew my use of the conference and told me to leave and she would give me a refund. She was very rude and belligerent simply because I asked for 1 free coffee or a multi hour discount. She also said that when I leave to not come back. I’ve rented the conference rooms here before many times and brought a lot of people with me for meetings. I’ve spent a lot of money here but won’t be back. As a matter of fact I’m gonna tell everyone I know about my experience today. How is it confusing to ask someone working the front counter if there is a multi hour discount?

Good place to study and that’s it, they want to charge $5 for a small cup of nothing, atleast have good coffee

I loved the vibe in here. I've been on a search for cafe's or coffee shops that provide a great working space. Outlets are in the most convenient places, there are private rooms you can request ( I think you can pay for them? I'm not sure) but nonetheless a great place to have a meeting, or just go to get some work done. Staff was very nice as well. The music was a little louder than I’d suggest for productivity but overall great spot.

Right off 75 and Greenville but somehow off the beaten path. Perfect spot for long remote work days. Wifi PW is on your receipt after purchasing a delicious cup of coffee. Price is a little high but worth for a free place to work for several hours. Great for corporate meetings as well since there are conference rooms on the exterior available for rent

This place is great. It's half coffee shop, half co-working space. There's always a fresh pound cake. Delicious coffee. Lots of seating. Clean. Friendly staff and great service.

Staff was very friendly. I came pretty close to closing and they had already cleaned out their machines for the herbachinos, but they handmade me one still! Get an espresso shot in it for an added boost!

Great space! I asked a friend for a recommendation and she suggested this spot over by SMU. It's definitely fit for the working culture. Sometimes I go to a coffee shop and it's not the right atmosphere for working but this place is right for it. Good coffee and clean and simple foods. Sandwiches, salads and breakfast tacos in the morning. Sandwich was tasty and not too pricey. The wifi is solid, easy to connect to and no speed issues. Love the interior, very clean and simple design. Highly recommended!

Amazing ambience and a good place to have conversations with people. Lot of them who come here sit for hours and just work on their stuff. The customer service is good as well and the coffee is amazing. I had a white mocha couple of times and the taste didnt vary even a bit, which shows me a brand promise that this place offers
