Plum Coffee Shop

My husband and I frequently visit local coffee shops around Houston. This was a great little place. They have a table that has chess tile on top and you can play. It was a great game experience!! The coffee was good too.

I love the coffee selection from this place. I happened to stop by accident here after I needed my caffeine dosage and my usual spot was closed. Have been coming here since then staff is friendly and helpful. Raspberry mocha is delicious.

Pleasant coffee shop with helpful staff. The tables are kinda small and the food is decent. Coffee turned out very well and it's in a fairly accessible location.

Ordered our food today via the driver thru, we were told to pull around front and wait.

30 minutes later, we had to go in and get it. The woman "didn't see us waiting" even though we already paid and told her we were going out front.

Hardly anyone was wearing masks inside and the woman laughed about the situation like it wasn't some kind of huge inconvenience for us. Cold sandwiches and free chips didn't really improve how we felt about our experience either hah!

Came here all the time up until today. Love to support small places. Will find somewhere else to support.

SCREW STARBUCKS! This place is amazing. My first time here and I fell in love ❤️. The staff is super friendly with fast service!
I ordered a Chocolate Bar mocha frappe with caramel DRIZZLE (staff recommended) so GOOD!
They have a cozy and quiet environment with nice soft music (I'm guessing a frank sinatra mix on pandora) , I got SO much studying accomplished 👍👍
They also have little novelties available for purchase. I ended up buying a beautiful tribal chained purse. Only for 12 dollars.

Will DEFINITELY return to this establishment!

I didn't like this coffee shop mainly because the espresso was so over-extracted that it tasted burned and ashy. It would be really good if there was a great "3rd wave" coffee shop in the area. If so, hopefully someone in the area will start to care about creating a great espresso drink

I’ve been here maybe half a dozen times. The coffee is always good and never disappoints, try a dirty chai tea latte!
The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the subpar breakfast. It’s not good and it’s not bad.
Last time I went there I had a sourdough egg and cheese sandwich. The bread was not toasted and was cold.

First time I went there it was great.Next time I went it didn’t taste as good and got me sick.The reason I’m sure was spoiled milk.I got the macadamia nut both times.I won’t be going back

No. The milk was screaming from being oversteamed and the latte was extremely watery and bitter. It looks like a great place if you want a sugar-filled flavoured coffee but but awful if you want a decent non-sugar filled coffee. Staff were nice though. Australians - do not come here looking for good coffee!

Update: The old owner sold the business and the coffee drinks don't taste the same. I went EIGHT times, because I was hoping they would get it right, because I was an everyday customer under the old management. The staff is nice though and I'm glad the kept the decor.

I popped in on day, because I didn't have time to get to Starbucks and I've been coming EVER SINCE. This young man has the RECIPE. I KNOW GOOD COFFEE AND THIS PLACE IS COFFEE AT ITS BEST!!!!!!!! The Americano and Dirty Chai are THE BEST
