You have to try this place out! The staff was so warm and welcoming, the main woman working (5/15/23) was beyond friendly and so kind and made the vibes of the coffee shop feel so nice!! 10/10 recommend!!

Manager messed up my order, then hang up on me, don’t waste your money there. The manager said you didn’t pay us you paid Uber, like if Uber doesn’t pay them. Super rude. Take your business somewhere else. This is definitely not a false review get better employees.

I love everything about this place! The croissant sandwiches are yummy, the scones are tasty, the drinks are fabulous! I love the quality of the ingredients and warm atmosphere 😍 candy bar mocha frap is my absolute fav!

Plum Coffee is the best coffee shop in Cypress by FAR. Great atmosphere, great service, and great coffee. I've been coming to Plum for the past 8 years and they feel like family. Truly a special place.

Holy Toledo! This is the coffee spot- with drive thru! I love the vibe of this coffee shop; books, furniture, and memorabilia of days past. The coffee, the sandwiches, the cake, the service with a smile is on point! Leave behind sub par coffee and service for this gem.

We tried their orange mocha flavor. It didn't taste like orange, more like a slightly sour coffee. It was fine, but not at all what we expected. We also got two of their scones because the reviews raved about them. They were pretty underwhelming. We had the blueberry and the chocolate chip. I'd give the coffee another shot, but definitely pass on the scones.

My lattes are always on point. Never too sweet, bitter, or watered down. All the other coffee shops I’ve tried in the area miss the mark. Usually way too sweet or watered down and it’s so disappointing. This place gets it every single time! I also love that they have a drive through and they are always so friendly. I usually get an iced latte with almond flavoring and a breakfast sandwich. I haven’t really tried anything else. The only thing I wish is that they had more sandwich option like bagels or wraps for example. Although there is plenty of parking, during rush hour when traffic is backed up it can be headache to get in and out. They also have a rewards program which is nice.

I got to enjoy the friendly service from owners Jerry and Liz (hope I got the spelling right) this morning! We are big mocha fans and LOVED the Caramel Mocha and Candy Bar Mocha Frappes with oat milk and non dairy whip! The right sweetness, flavor, and blend consistency… we will be back and try dining in next round!

Very friendly good customer service. Pricing and portion is crazy. I got a medium specialty frap with almond milk. Taste was decent but $8.14??? I get twice as much at Dutch bros cheaper and better taste and same at Starbucks for $5. Cost and portion kills it for me.
