Shipley's Do-nuts

Would give zero stars if I could. The lady at the window was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. She was irritated I was a little far from the window I apologized and opened my door to try to make it easier for her and she had said nothing and rolled her eyes, and sighed very loud, slamming the window door shut. I was nothing but polite, and after being treated this way my friends and I will never come back to this location again. Customer service is horrific.

Just awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 11:00 am Kolaches were cold and one roll of Extra Thin Ham ...There was more bread than anything. We were looking forward to dining cafe style with a quick bite and coffee...but the coffee was gritty and tasteless. No Splenda, Equal, just Sweet n Low with little cups of plain creamer. There were grinds floating my cup!! This was bad breakfast. Sticking to DONUTS ONLY!!

I would normally give a 5-star rating for this branch, but the staff didn't give my husband a plastic bag for the half dozen donuts he bought along with the 4 large kolaches in a paper bag.

If you love donuts and kolaches, you will enjoy the wonderful variety of fresh backed items on their menu! Fast service and convenient drive-thru! I usually grab a box to share!

$5 minimum, so not great for breakfast alone or if you just want a snack since donuts are less than a dollar.
And out of regular glazed donuts multiple times.

Great service and food. Did not.like the use of microwave before getting my order . I think they should find different way to keep food warm.It will not stop me from going there but what I order there

Kolaches were old. Bread seems like it was cooked the day before. Never going there again. Saratoga store never disappoints me so I’ll be going there from now on.

Wish you guys could pack my donuts in a way that the frosted ones don't loose all their frosting.... i like the cherry and straberry glazed ones and when you throw them all in a bag the bag takes the frsting off and then i just have a glazed donut... same with the long John's and the chocolate on them.... kinda want to eat the chocolate not have to scrape it off a bag... seems like simple stuff... if i get 5 or more donuts they should be put in a box not all shoved in a bag...

Great food; customer service was not great. It was about 9 A.M. and they had no decaf coffee and didn't even offer to make more since we were dining in. Their regular coffee tasted nasty. It was watered way down. Gross
