Horrible customer service, the drive thru lady is always rude, I dread even talking to her. I never know if the product is going to be fresh. I've gotten several donuts and kolaches that are hard and dry from being under a heat lamp too long. I never know if the donut holes are going to be fresh or stale. They don't change out their grease often enough and so the donuts have an old grease taste sometimes. Worst Shipley's I've ever done service with.

Staff is great. I messed up my order. The staff was patient and kind with me and we got it fixed. Plus doughnuts where amazing.

Donuts were good, but the kolaches were cold. If I wanted warm ham in a cold hotdog bun I could have made it myself. Such a shame because I waited over 30 minutes in line at the drive thru. Needs a person to take orders outside to speed up the process.

The donuts were very good. The "pigs in blanket" was tasty.

They simply have the best donuts. As soon as this shop opened up I was all over it. Everyone that works there is really nice. Service is great. Everything on their menu is delicious. Shipley's is a thousand times better than than Dunkin Donuts.

Horrible customer service and over priced food and drinks that's not even worth it. We went there today and the Asian lady kept trying to get us to get 1/2 dozen donuts and then she just put in our order before we were done and when we told her we also wanted a large coffee she said there was a $5 limit on cards and we would have to pay $5 to get our $2 coffee - which she said with an attitude. When we told her we weren't going to pay an extra $5 just because she submitted the order before we were done she just walked off. The blonde lady then went and asked someone, I'm assuming the manager, if it would be okay if we just got the coffee without the $5 limit they said yes but the blonde lady was very annoyed with us and it showed. When we asked to speak to the manager she said the manager wasn't there. The coffee wasn't that great, donuts were very stale, and very poor customer service. WILL NOT be going back here.

Missed the Houston franchise happy to see the quality and recipe is the same as back home. This particular location is open all day; so mornings is when they are at their “peak hotness “. Give ‘me a try. Management was very pleasant and helpful.

Alright so I’ve had a couple of terrible experiences here in the past week. Firstly, I went through the drive thru during the morning and it was pretty cold outside. Since it was 50 degrees and that was too cold I guess, the woman at the drive thru window did not open the window but two inches for her to have her ear out of the window to take my order. She could not hear me and started to get frustrated with me when I had to repeat myself over and over. She did not open the window more than those two inches the entire time. She even got my order wrong and I had to correct her after given my total. When she gave me my receipt to sign, she turned her hand sideways so she could fit the clipboard between the window slit. She even gave me my order without opening the window, she shoved the bags through the hole and she shut the window as soon as I grabbed them. Today, I came inside to order since I was in a hurry. The girl was very rude and not once smiled or had any manners when taking our order. All of the donuts etc. sat on the counter behind the register as we were ordering. As soon as I paid, the girl pulls out her phone (still at the register) and walks off. I have to reach over the counter to get my donuts. She didn’t even say thank you or even offer to hand us our order. I watched that girl do it to the next customer and the woman had to reach over behind the register to get her order. Are you serious?

They finally had their grand opening. When I was there the dpnuts were so fresh and melted in your mouth. Wish they had powdered donuts again the glazed are just to sweet. But the family does love them.
