Coffee and tacos with Nan at Rio Blanco Café.
Our good friend Luis Manuel Ramirez and his business partner Pancho are making some excellent tacos in a beautiful location along the Blanco River.
The Rio Blanco Cafe Taco was out of this world. The Guajillo salsa was packing some major flavor.
They also make great coffees and they have smoothies on the menu as well.
I’m so happy we have such a wonderful new place here in Blanco.

Wow! Blanco is so lucky to have this place - the tacos are outstanding and I had one of the best chai teas in awhile. I am still thinking about that pecan molasses scone.
