I showed up right after 12 but was told they needed another 15 minutes to set up. No problem. I was expecting a brick and mortar but apparently they were working out of the food truck on this day. I asked for recommendations and opted for The Caliente, a deliciously spicy burger. Also a side of fries.

Everything was served fresh and in a paper to-go bag with ample ketchup packets. On the steeper side for costs. The burger and fries were about $14. There was only one table at the truck but I was the only guest.

Friendly staff and service. I'll probably come by again and try the tots or rings.

Good Burger uses quality meat in their burgers. Everything is served in a to go bag even if you are dining in. The atmosphere is nice and the service is friendly. They also serve coffee all day. They open at 6:30 am so if you are heading to work it’s a good place to stop for a coffee and a Kolache.

YUM. Delicious classic burgers and my husband loved the onion rings. Good lookin batter. The boss at the bar is super nice and made me the best latte in town 🥰❤️ Very cozy casual country style inside. We'll be back to eat here with our babies!

Didn’t plan on having lunch but family got hungry so looked up hamburgers near me and found this great place. Like another reviewer I was expecting a brick and mortar but no problem we love food trucks too and like supporting local businesses. The patties being 1/3 lb are the perfect size that we like, fulfilling but not too much or too little. They tasted fresh and delivered hot right off the grill. I asked why described as “tender Angus beef” and was told how they are put together not compressed like pre-made burgers. Asked if I should get 1 or 2 orders of fries for 2 adults, 1 kid and he said 1 was probably enough which he was right. I appreciated his honesty and not having us order more than we needed especially since we were just visiting for spring break. Almost $10 for a variety of burgers which is a fair price for the quality and freshness you’re getting. We got a plain, classic and Swiss and mushroom. All good and tasty. The only thing I would have wanted more was a bit more toppings, like the grilled onions. We are very picky about our burgers especially my wife who can taste the differences in grades of meat and we definitely would come back here. Although it was a good burger, it was a great burger!

Interesting fact when we researched places to eat in Blanco on TripAdvisor the Good Burger Co. didn’t show up. Coincidentally my wife who is looking for a new job saw a sales position for TripAdvisor selling renewals for hotels and restaurants. I didn’t realize I’m only getting recommendations to companies who have paid something to TripAdvisor! I’ll need to expand my search. Let’s support small businesses.

Just had Good Burger for the first time tonight. It was fantastic!!! And another huge plus was that I could take it into Old Iron Horse Saloon and grab a beer to have with it. Perfect Friday night!

Had the bacon cheeseburger and fries. These were delicious and everything was fresh. Staff is very friendly and don't mind making any changes you want to your burger. Clean and nice atmosphere. Must try if near Blanco!!!!

I had my first burger from there today. Very tasty and fresh. The onion rings were right on also.

We met up with our son and his friend for lunch. First time for all five of us. Staff was friendly and service was good. Food was good - but quite expensive for what we ordered. $9.00 for a 1/3lb patty and nearly $4.00 for an order of onion rings. Veggies were ok quality. We all walked away hungry.

I have a suggestion that I firmly believe will be to your benefit. Build ALL burgers with oversized "grilled-buttered" buns, all beef patties choice of 1/2lb or 1lb. All veggies the freshest ingredients, make ALL fries with fresh potatoes, ALL onion rings fresh. You food cost will be a little higher, which will subsequently cost the consumer a bit more. The portion size and fresh quality will tag your restaurant as having the best of the best when it comes to burgers, fries, onion rings, etc. One more important suggestion - make the VERY BEST quality iced tea. No exceptions.

I can guarantee you word will get around as to the reputation of your simple - but awesome menu. People are willing to pay good money for a larger, fresh burger. I promise you'll see great results. I watched an Asian owned burger place in Carrollton Texas do exactly what I suggested. They were/are in a rundown area of town. Every day there is a line 30-40 feet down the outside of the building waiting to get served.

Good luck!

This is a hidden burger gem. The cheese burgers were excellent, the fries were good and plentiful, the onion rings were good and the sodas were cold. We will go back the next time we want a terrific burger.
