Bellaire Coffee Shop

Bellaire Coffee Shop is the perfect place to go if you're in the mood for breakfast or even breakfast for lunch! Don't get me wrong, they do serve lunch as well and it's just as good. My all time favorite is the corned beef hash house special. It's a big meal at a low cost. I love the old fashioned diner ambiance and its got a good amount of space for groups. Situated in the middle of Bellaire it's relatively easy to find. I've been back a few times and have even tried the daily specials which were also excellent. I really love the great service the staff provides as well, so very welcoming and friendly!

This place is right out of the late 50's. We have eaten here several times a week over our last 6 months in Houston.

It is family owned and run by family. Breakfast is cooked and served like you would do at home.

This is not just a place to eat food food, it is a dining experience.

It's the typically american cafeteria, very traditional where you can get breakfast, service was good, food and coffee was fair, prices are okay!

Place was awful. The waiters kept asking what my wife and I wanted to drink without telling us what they had so finally we just told them coffee and water. The coffee was awful. It tasted weak and like they made it last night. When I told the owner that I thought their coffee was awful while I walked out he ran after me outside the store and asked me what I said. I told him again his coffee was awful. Why have a coffee shop if you can't make coffee? Also why get mad at me for expressing my opinion of my experience at your store? Would u chase some one down if they said it was good? Don't get upset at me for expressing my opinion. Just because u don't like it.

We came in to have a nice breakfast. The only place to sit was the middle table you share with others. We sat down next to the last person at the table and struck a great conversation. The waitress handed us a menu we decided in our food...well...she kept walking past us and not asking for our order. Finally she came over. We were so happy because we were starving! She had her order pad at the ready but didn't ask for our order....instead she requested that we sit at the end of the table next to a little wall. Just in case someone else wanted to sit where we were sitting...hummm..weird...we did that nobody came in and sat there and we ended up leaning over to talk with the nice ladies. The food camebout cold and tge french toast i ordered...nope...not even close to french toast. Never again

This is one of those little diners where people know you. A lot of regular customers. Very friendly and laid back. My food was a little bland, but that's just me. I would go back.

Convenient to the Bellaire area with an active crowd but COVID19 safety practices are ignored here except for masks. No distancing, uncleaned table items, The food is just "coffee shop" quality and not well prepared. Eggs should NEVER EVER be scalded and brown. Sausage was tasteless. Sad.

This is our go-to for breakfast on Sunday mornings after church. You are bound to see someone you know from the neighborhood and the staff is friendly. Recently came under new management but the place has remained the same. Great for good comfort breakfast food and lunches!

Their breakfast is so great and very affordable. Always quick service and fresh food. Serving sizes are fairly big for the price. My go to breakfast place!
