It's one of the best places in the Bellaire, TX area for breakfast or lunch. It is very old style, no frills, place that has been around for many decades. Most of the time I eat breakfast and it always tastes very good. The prices are very inexpensive, and they started taking VISA and MasterCard (no American Express) credit cards a while ago, which has helped the business out. Unless the place is really crowded and they do get crowded, the service is pretty good. Most of the staff have been working there for years.

My dad and I had breakfast, coffee and excellent conversation.

Good service, and good food for the price

Dined here many times over the past two decades. Has always been decent and economical. New ownership now. Recent visit was not great. Rancid bacon but was offered replacement ham which also tasted near spoil. Understand that it happens but did notice when my waitress told the chef/cook he appeared angry about the complaint. At least that's what I perceived. Probably will come back or just go to House of Pies instead. Too bad.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Friends staff and owners

A family favorite! if you want an authentic American breakfast, this is the place to visit! It charged ownership sometime back and they have made great strides! The Breakfast Plate was my mothers favorite since the first day The Bellaire Coffeeshop opened it's doors. Even though my mother is gone... I'll carry on the tradition because it's my favorite.

Was looking for a place with familiar food for late breakfast. Found it, along with great selection, great service and great prices!

This was the first time I visited this establishment for breakfast. The restaurant atmosphere was very peaceful and pleasant. The staffs were very nice. The menu had a good selection and the prices were reasonable. Overall our food was delicious.

second time here it was okay the first time but this time was a lot worse considering the bacon was rancid and we told our server while the cashier (which I'm assuming was the owner) looked over and greedily counting money and listening didn't even offer a discount even though we had just eaten rancid food. Coffee is slightly water down here, not really delicious flavors of things like the waffle, bacon or hash browns. You are a hundred times better off going to waffle House or IHOP. Also waitress only came to our table to get our order and give us our check no refills or anything

Love love love this place. Everyone is always so friendly to my daughter and the staff remembers us each time we go. The breakfast food is tasty and they keep the coffee coming we look forward to our weekend visits here and will keep coming back. Crowed on the weekends so their could be a wait but it is worth it and they do their best to turn over tables fast with out rushing anyone.
