These magical baristas and their oat milk cortados!!! OMG the absolute creamiest steamed oat milk and perfectly roasted Espresso swirling around to make dreamy coffee - I'd come here every morning if I could! Best cortados I've had in Austin ❤
The baristas are always friendly and happy to chat a bit, if you're into that pre-caffeination.
The shop has a very cute southwestern vibe inside, and their outside space is sufficient. Inside is currently closed, but hoping they'll reopen in the next couple weeks!🤞🏻

The server was unhappy for some reason and didn’t tell us the extra one dollar for to-go orders.

Very nice local coffee shop, great service.

As a FedEx courier, time is our priority. I had my doubts with a 10 minute window, but the barista this morning took 3 people ahead of me, and for my delicious CAJETA iced latte all under those 10 minutes. Very impressed with their 1 man army staff (though another person wouldn’t hurt?🤷🏽not sure I’m not an expert on that) but I do know their coffee is killer compared to Starbucks. Tastes fresh and feels good knowing it’s a local shop. Definitely going back if I’m ever in that neck of the woods delivering them packages 👌🏽👍🏽☕️

Fresh coffee and tea, cute atmosphere, and a local feel. Palomino coffee is a great spot to work from or meet with someone for a coffee. Great spot, just wish they were open later.

Cozy spot with a nice selection of coffee, lattes and teas!

Stopped in for the first time this morning and so glad I did! I got an iced Mexican mocha and it was bomb. Slightly sweet with a bit of spice for complexity - but mostly just tastes like excellent coffee. The barista was super sweet and chill, and wisely recommended oat milk with the mocha (never going back). It's not a huge drink but the stuff packs a punch. Thrilled to have this place in the neighborhood!

One of my favorite neighborhood coffee shops. Great coffee, nice staff, lovely decor. Only downside is once I went to plug in my computer and got coffee needles in my head from the live cactus near the outlet, lol

**secretly Flat Track coffee**

Excellent shop. The coffee is clearly fresh and the staff I met knew how to make a good cortado.

They also sell the Flat Track beans really fresh, a week old at the most, so a good spot to try a local roaster especially if you press your own espresso shots at home and are looking for a nearby location to get fresh beans. (Bags are stamped)

Not ideal for sitting to visit or working at all since you can't sit inside. There's so much noise and it's right by Springdale. Lots of other coffee shops in Austin are open inside which is so much more convenient. Shame.
