A coffee bean scented oasis on soco.
Local Figure 8 coffee served from a counter inside a hat store. Killer flat white. The perfect pit stop for a coffee fix when those Hermes scarves and the stench of gentrification are weighing you down.

Little Brother is the best bar on Rainey Street and the best coffee stop on South Congress. There are a lot of options for caffeine on SoCo, I know. Inflation is high. Every dollar counts. Which is why I love supporting hilarious, progressive, delicious businesses in Austin. After you try on 13 pairs of cowboy boots and treat yourself to new Limbo jewelry, stroll to Little Brother to grab a coffee. Get some Lindsay Mae O'Rourke kolaches to keep your blood sugar up. You have more shopping to do. Enjoy!

The team here rocks! They put on a hospitality clinic every visit. Great people, good for a laugh, and will always have my business when I’m in Austin. A great addition to SoCo.

I myself am a little brother, so I know a good little brother when I see it. Solid coffee for a morning stroll on soco, sweet and smiling faces serving it up to make you feel even more special. Looking to have your day made? Quick stop at the little brother window will do just that.

Super friendly staff and the iced lavender latte was delicious!!

Coffee, Service, and Attitude are always fantastic. Best Kolaches I’ve ever had - but you better hit the window before they sell out.

Andrea Speck

The coffee was fantastic and service was kind and quick. The sweet kolache, however, was so stale I couldn’t finish it. Happy to go back again to give this another try since the coffee was so good.

I consider myself a bit of a kolache expert having eaten more than my fair share over the years, and to me these really are the best I’ve ever had. On top of that, the coffee is fantastic. Try a double cortado with two raw sugars...you won’t be disappointed.

Went here with high expectations, but the prices for stuff was insane;
so the cortado was good, but if you get a latte there is only 1 shot of espresso so what you are drinking is really all milk and no coffee. Got a few kolaches, one was like a sausage gravy and it just had the consistency of condensed soup in the can. not a fan. Got a sweet one that was apple pie or something, but it just had wayyy too much cinnamon. Im not a picky guy, so not sure what others may think.

Oscar Zamarripa

Went as a recommendation for a kolache, saw the prices and thought “they better be good”. Nah, high prices for low quality food. And don’t get me started with the coffee, I usually try an espresso to get a good taste of the bean qualities. Trash! . Don’t recommend. Sorry not sorry

Staff was nice tho 😊 lol
