I attended an espresso class there and had an absolutely wonderful time. The course was for beginners, but Miranda took the time at the beginning to gauge the experience level of everyone and then tailored the class to meet our needs. Informative but not overwhelming, and full of plenty of hands on learning, the class at Greater Goods was an awesome experience and I can't wait to return for the next level of courses!

Great coffee, and polite staff. The only thing about this place is that it takes forever for your order to be ready and the pick up procedure is interesting. There’s not a whole of space for you to stand so you’re usually in someone’s personal space while waiting for your order. Other than that, the coffees have always been quality and it is usually one of my two favorite coffee joints on the east side.

Great coffee, great company. But good God the clientele are hilarious. When I went in everyone was dressed like 1990s New York City. One girl was in a beret with a fur coat. Assuming you can stifle your laughs, the coffee is amazing. Beans from around the world, and they do all levels of roast - especially light and medium.

The best coffee in East Texas, I love the tiger latte but I wish they'd spike it with some Carolina Reaper instead of the mildly spicy stuff they add. Or, even better, pour the coffee into a Carolina Reaper and drink it straight from there!

Very nice inside but limited seating. There is a spacious patio to sit and relax. Food was very nice and fresh. Coffee was very well done and made by efficient and knowledgeable individuals. If its busy drinks can take a little while but the quality of the drink is worth it.

Great place to get some work done - not too many distractions, and comfortable seating.

Where do I even begin with this disaster? Finding Greater Goods was difficult. There's no sign on the building with the business' name (why?!). It's just a blank building. Service was terrible. The barista with curly hair is unfriendly, didn't know the menu, was slow, and provided poor service. They advertise a strawberry matcha and didn't have any strawberry. The barista offered no recommendations or alternatives for a replacement. There was no place to sit. But the real deal breaker is that they don't even have 2% milk. I chose to leave and go to another coffee shop instead!

Got an iced Paradiso and a A Ruby Slipper.
The iced coffee was sour and $8.
The ruby slipper was espresso and a nice jam. But the best part of a coffee spot shouldn’t be the jam.
The shop itself was very pretty.

One of the top third wave coffee companies I've experienced anywhere. Greater Goods would stand out even if it was located in the coffee mega of Seattle. Their classes are excellent as well. I've taken their intermediate latte art class twice now (latte are is hard!) and Miranda was a great instructor both times.

they have books to read, which is worth 5 stars alone. however, staff was super knowledgeable and not coffee-snobbish. place was very clean and spacious, and the coffee was perfect. altogether excellent
