I really like this coffee shop. Lots of seating, the coffee is to my taste, i.e. not acidic, and they don’t charge extra for non-cow’s milk. Bonus points for having a bike rack, being very reasonably priced, and having vegan tacos.

amazing coffee!! the seasonal drink smol pumpkin had hints of actual pumpkin and wasn’t sweet at all. cold brew was also tasty, the pour over was not bad. look how hip the light bulb container is 😆

The first time I went had a great experience with lovely service, good coffee and beautiful presentation of the coffees we ordered (pictured here). The second time I went I specifically ordered the coffees FOR HERE and confirmed that they would be in the mugs. When we received our coffees they were both in paper cups and when I asked for a mug the barista said, "are you serious?" ... I left feeling very unsatisfied and upset with the experience as it was nothing like the first time. All I wanted was the barista to apologize for the misunderstanding/mistake and make it right, but they didn't. I won't be returning due to the service. The coffee is still good.

A beautiful space with some of the best coffee in the country. Their thorough approach to coffee means you will have something to enjoy here. I prefer pourover coffee which is done excellently here, extracting all the taste from the beans. I can feel the fruits, the spices, the flavors of the bean.

The space itself is gorgeous and there are times I wish I could just renovate my house to look like this place. I also highly recommend the public cupping class because it is an expert guide into coffee's depth, breadth, and width.

Pour over review:
1: Montevlanco $8, experiment: washed process+passion fruit fermented. Very fruity nose and taste, bitter end taste. Overall great experience.
2: Abidjan Dimo $7, very balanced and floral, good pour over.

Very good albeit nerdy coffee. They even have a science lab full of probably thousands of dollars. Loved my creative latte art

What makes this place special is they roast their beans right on this spot and their coffees are always fresh brewed. Lovely and quiet place, easy to co-work or just chillax. There’s a large rear parking. You can also learn anything about coffee at one of their classes and may become a barista if you like!

This is an incredibly unique coffee shop. It's not your typical coffee joint. They have an amazing coffee lab if you want to take classes, and they roast their own beans on site. There are a variety of coffees to choose from, and nothing tastes burned. The batistas are very knowledgeable and will take your flavor preferences into account in order to help you choose something you'll like. There's seating inside and outside, and it's not too difficult to find parking nearby if the parking lot is full.

Ordered a mocha, it was VERY sweet, especially for dark chocolate. The place was very crowded and felt cluttered and disorganized. I can see it once was super cute with the book nook, and view of the roasting room. However, the roasting room is dirty and messy. The book nook is chaotic and could use a little bit of organizing.

For the amount of guests in there, it would be nice to utilize the extra room that looks like it’s for educational classes.

Overall, not a very welcoming vibe and the coffee didn’t make up for it.

Staff was friendly and polite.
