I love Black Rock Coffee Bar!! I appreciate how fast the drive thur is. The customer service is excellent . My drinks always taste good.

Soooo, this is the only place I know that doesn't label your coffee when its handed to you. I buy 4 coffees, I have to taste test which one is mine, then everyone's coffee has been drank out of by me before they get it. A metallic sharpie should work for your black cups. If start labeling them, I will change my rating to a 5 star.

Always great customer service from the employees. My order is always perfect.

Just went through the drivethru and order 1 small Mexican mocha and 1 medium blackout.
Order was repeated multiple times back and as I was handed the drinks was repeated again, "small mexi and medium blackout."

Both were in small cups. Wth.

Not much different than Dutch Brothers, except the service is worse, and you can sit inside

The service was great and the options are so good. I had the Caramel Blondie and a blueberry muffin. It’s a cool new spot to check out.

Wish there was one closer! Found this place by accident (was heading to Dutch Bros) but I am glad I did. I got the Irish coffee and it was good and different. I'm excited for my next detour to try something new.

Tried this new gem this morning . I got a hot white chocolate caramel coffee . Pricing was standard for a large coffee from a coffee shop . Quality was outstanding and so was the customer service . I will be back !

The coffee is tasty, but the drive through ramp is a treacherously tight turn. The staff hands you a tablet that has been handled buy a few hundred people to add a tip and sign you name.

Cozy coffee bar with some snacks. Favorite are the chillers (matcha, Mexican mocha, Irish creme, Chai, etc)

Edit: There was an issue with the coffee from a previous visit, however they made it right!
