A pleasant surprise! Open & roomy. Light & bright.
Coffee is very good. I had a gf granola bar & my friend had a scone. Both were fresh & tasty. About the same prices as SB

I love this place but I kinda hate the hours. I'm in school online and love the ambiance and drinks here but only being open til 7 does not work for me. At the very least they could stay open later on the weekends! They totally deserve 4 if not 5 stars (probably 5 stars for this month with the $3 barista favorite drinks deal, I'm really enjoying that when I can!) But the hours unfortunately bring down the rating for me. I noticed plenty of students/people working in there, this is a great spot.
Also the baristas are pretty great but I was sad to not get my points added once because I was not asked about my phone number and also was not given a receipt but Black Rock support online fixed the issue for me! When I worked inside I felt like they also announced orders a little unnecessarily loud, but not a big deal.

Dewey was working by herself at 6pm on 5/2/23 and was covering inside counter,, drive-thru AND making all the drink orders. She did a fabulous job under extreme pressure and was friendly and kind. Because of her and her attitude, I’ll be back.

I was really pleased with my cup of coffee from Black Rock! A friend suggested I check it out & I am glad that I did. The staff is awesome, the coffee is awesome, and I went ahead and signed up for their rewards program before I left the parking lot because I will definitely be back!

Mexican Mocha is THE best drink they have. Pair that with excellent customer service and I promise you will feel like a new person. LOL

I went on the Grand Opening and it was very organized! Everyone seemed nice, and though the line was long it went by pretty fast. I ordered an iced Blackout, which was pretty good! I'm excited about this place. Will definitely go again this week for their opening specials. 🙂

God Black Rock coffee makes some of the best drinks in Arlington. It's also one of the best places to hang out nice chairs great lighting and amazing music. And across the parking lot from the theater. The baristas at Black Rock do amazing work very quickly and everything always tastes amazing. The Mexican mocha is definitely a favorite just the sheer number of spices it is intense. So grab yourself a cup and a muffin and enjoy one of their soft chairs and just relax

The vibe is ON POINT! From the service, to decor and even the music. I love it here. I Tried a caramel blondie, it’s sweet but you can still tell it’s coffee because it’s robust

The coffee was excellent! I had an Irish creme coffee and it was wonderfully creamy and tasty. The only reason for 4 stars is that the staff were a little fussy/rude when we moved the tables to accommodate our group of 7. We moved them back before we left but almost seemed like it was an issue for them. Overall, I'd go again - the coffee and chill atmosphere was really nice!
