Strata Coffee Bar

Stopped in Strata yesterday for the first time. Got a caramel cappuccino as a surprise for my Mom. She said this was the best cappuccino she had ever had. Also bought an iced black tea that was wonderful as well. Great staff , very welcoming . Will definitely stop in again. Thank you for being such a wonderful coffee bar. Thank you for helping put a smile on my Mom's face.

Out of the way coffee place in Amarillo. I liked the music. Barista was friendly. Latte was good.

Excellent coffee. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. We were surprised to find this unique combination of coffee house and bar in Amarillo. We will visit again when we are in the area.

These people are a trifecta of greatness. First their coffee and treats are to die for. Better than any chain I've ever been to. And I'm picky about my coffee. They also have alcohol people!!
Second they give back to the community, doing fundraising for meals on wheels.
Third, the workers are ALWAYS happy and so so pleasant.

What I like about strata is they take coffee seriously, but they aren’t haughty about it. They help you find a drink you’d like, and make it well. The only way you’d know they are very meticulous and careful about the drinks they serve is by tasting them.
They have humility and skill, and are down to earth. Typically the shop is very still and calm. Great place to study or play chess.

I ordered a mocha and it was fantastic. It reminded me of some of the espresso that I had when I lived in the Seattle area. My one criticism of this place is the wait that I had in the drive thru. It could have been a little bit quicker especially considering there were only two cars ahead. All in all whenever I'm going through this area again I'll stop here for coffee for sure.

I’ll be honest: visiting Amarillo as an outsider, the city doesn’t immediately impress you. Strata is a hidden gem, though. Reminds me of a coffee shop you’d find back in Portland or Seattle where coffee is a big deal. The interior design is attractive and cozy, has kind of a clean, modern, Dallas vibe to it. The place is nice and clean, which I love. Coffee was pretty good!

Traveling with family need good strong coffee this is the place. I only do Ghirardelli white chocolate and they have it here. The bacon egg croissant sandwich was great too.
