As someone who love coffee, I am always trying different coffee shops. I have to tell you that Palace has risen to the top of my favorites list. These guys are amazing! The coffee is wonderful. The taste is so smooth and the variety of flavors keeps you coming back. The atmosphere they have created is superb. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and willing to assist in any way. You have a new life-long customer!

Can't begin to tell you how much I really appreciate this coffee shop. If anything it's more important in coffee is the consistency in the flavoring profile which actually extracted from the bean brings up many different flavors. The staff never ceases to amaze me live almost become part of my family. Warm friendly faces, smiles, stories of their day, struggles, successes, great relationships. If and when in the area with Amarillo or Canyon Texas I strongly suggest you stop in for just a few moments of their warm hospitality. Greatness on Many Levels

* They do their own roasting with a nice medium roast so it's neither too light nor too dark.

* They have a decent selection of gear for sale

* The space is fresh, professional, and comfortable

* They make their own syrups AND they have two sugar-free syrups

* They keep their equipment clean

* The coffee (tried two different flavored lattes and an Americano) is really good

* The staff is awesome! They work well together, they take pride in their work, and they really enjoy engaging with their customers.

The staff was very friendly, very open and inviting. The coffee I ordered was a latte basically like the flat white from Starbucks. I am a hardcore Starbucks person but...the coffee from Palace was really good. They made it exactly how I wanted it and it tastes nothing like Starbucks. Hopefully I'm not offending Palace Coffee by the comparison but that's all I've got :). The coffee has its own distinct flavor which at first I didn't think I'd like but it grew on me. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good coffee!!

Absolutely wonderful place with fantastic servers. Very friendly and knowledgeable about what to do in the local area.

Being new to Amarillo I decided to check out the Palace Coffee shop. It's locations serves the more business side of town, but I saw a wide range of people there from students to business men. I liked the atmosphere, but most of all the staff was amazing. I'm not sure if it was the owner or manager that served me, but I was very impressed with his customer skills. You should check it out.
