Fantastic coffee shop. They have delicious coffee and the staff is so incredibly friendly. Made me feel right at home. 10/10 recommend if you're in the area.

We just got a couple of Americanos, which were good, but i can't really speak much about their other drinks....but it's the people who work here that make it a 5 plus star place, in any case. Just the friendliest, kindest, sweetest people!

I'm getting good at getting the vibe, and glad I got a good one from this spot. I liked the sound of their One + One (a shot of espresso + a shot in a cortado glass of steamed milk (which made it latte-ish) (and bonus + of a side sip of Topo Chico)), so I went for it. The espresso shot was the sheet! I struggled a little holding back from giggling out loud (i would have if it weren't so crowded; I didn't want to make anyone uncomfortable). The single origin pour over from Ethiopia was unique and delicious. The Baristas (a bearded dude and a large rimmed glasses chick) were attentive and kind. Their tagline is 'be kind', and how can you not after having such a good experience?

Today was my first time trying this coffee shop. It was a really nice experience. The two girls working were so friendly. They told me all about the coffee shop. This place makes there own syrup to. I can taste that. It has a unique taste. This is one of the best coffee shops I have ever tried. Super awesome employees.

Whenever we road trip, I look up local cafés in each town we overnight in, and pick one at random (if there’s more than one 🙃). I’m so glad I picked Palace in Amarillo! I can’t speak to their coffee roasts, because my go-to drink is an almond milk latte (which was 10/10 ⭐️), but the place smelled amazing, and that says a lot for me, because I can’t stand the smell of Starbucks coffee. Other than the fact that they’re easily accessible because they’re seemingly EVERYWHERE, Starbucks’ popularity baffles me, especially when there are places like Palace around.

The service at Palace was great, and the pastry we got was delicious.

We visited Palace Coffee on our way out of Amarillo on a road trip. The barista was so friendly, asking our names and correct spelling - including my kids! The coffee is high quality and tasty. Pretty cool atmosphere too :) Definitely recommend it for a great coffee experience!

My background is in third wave coffee and there is a palpable pretentiousness here that tends to be a little off putting even for me. There is always a lottery when I come in to order as to whether or not I get an unbridled coffee nazi or someone who's in training (which is fine- everyone is new at some point). My drink has never been the same price and depending on who's working I have to order either a cappucino, an espresso macchiato, a cortado, or just describe exactly what ingredients and how much of each I'd like in my cup. I say all of this just as honest feedback BUT my beverage is always perfect and beautiful and served exactly right. Sometimes its just frustrating getting past the ordering phase. This shop is awesome and I will keep coming back it would just be nice to be speaking the same language with each barista when I come.
