Worst dining experience I’ve had in a while :( Rude staff and mediocre food

Let me start by saying the food was very good. Very good.

Reason for 4 stars was because we ordered 1 plate and they made a completely different order.

I also asked for corn to be removed from my dish and it was not.

Now, I was not super impressed with the mistakes made. But new staff was the issue. However, they didn't ask us to pay for any of the food. Comped everything and made it right. Hence the reason they got 4 stars still.

If you want good food and drinks with an attentive staff this is the place for you.

I had a really poor experience here. It was so unfortunate because I was really looking forward to it. I really hate writing bad reviews, and I am not one to even write reviews, but I’m so upset at the service, quality of food, and price. After a long day of traveling we picked up food here and had to wait 40 minutes for pickup. When we got it, it looked like it had been made in the microwave or out of a package. We ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. It honestly looked like prison food. Also I was the only person in the restaurant wearing a mask (including all of the staff) which might be a norm out here, but I just felt very uncomfortable. The staff was really nice but it was a waste of $50 I spent.

Loved the vibe of this place. We rode our bikes in but they were filming so we couldn't ride them into the special motorcycle parking but hope to get a chance before we leave the area. Was excited to see Ride Texas magazines there in which I have several articles. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was good. We went on a mid-week early lunch time but hope to get back and check out the nightlife too.

Love this restaurant. Best food and so many options I wanted to try. I'll be back often. Staff is fantastic

Lots of room for improvement. The little things matter. We were supposed to get a code for the outside door and room door by 3:30 that afternoon. I had to write emails to ask where our code was. Finally got codes at 7:15pm. The reason given was our phone would not work and it was a "Google meet number" which it is not and have no idea what that means. Then was told the phone number area code was wrong, which was not. I don't understand why the communication was not just email as we had been doing the whole time. Just send the codes via email, nothing more. We were told it would be sent via email anyway. Not sure about the lame response of the phone number, etc.. In the morning there was no sugar, no artificial sugar, no sweetener at all of any kind for coffee. I tried to call the 2 phone numbers they had listed. The first one said "The person has not set up a voice mail". The 2nd number said, "This mail box is full". Pitiful customer service. Luckily I finally found a person that worked there to bring us something. It was real sugar and would have preferred some sweet and low or something like that but it was better than nothing. On the bright side, Cailey in the bar/restaurant was awesome and Mattii apologized for the code issue and bought us the first round and a free dessert. The rooms were nice with every channel TV you could imagine. Hot water, towels, nice beds.

Awesome food (pulled porkie sandwich) sista got the pork nachos perfect, cold beer and peach adult beverage, best waitress ever ask for Lexi she's the best, one women show please tip her well she does an awesome job.

This is the worst place I've eaten at here in Alpine. They make you give up a credit card before you order because they have a problem with people leaving without paying. Now I know why. After you receive your food, you'll never see your food server again. I had to get up and chase someone down to pay for my meal. You don't get an itemized bill, just a total with wrong tip calculations for the non existing employees. The food is nothing special. Save yourself the grief and eat somewhere else, you'll thank me for it later.

They ask to out a card on file when you first sit down at the restaurant,which I'm assuming is because a lot of people walk out without paying. The food is so salty and inedible that it's not worth it. The guacamole was old and nothing was Vegetarian. I am not someone who complains at restaurants and I felt bad for leaving my full plate at the end of the meal and walking out hungry. Also wildly overpriced for the food you get
