This place had terrible customer service they would not flip our blizzard and said he didnt have the time for it.

The service is pretty bad. I attribute this to their high turnover rate which I imagine is caused by a few different factors. Always long waits, regardless of what you order. Sometimes, it feels like it would take an act of Congress to get an order made correctly. I hate to say that about a local business, but this place has always had poor service. Yesterday I ordered a vanilla shake, ended up getting a specialty blizzard of some sort, and the employee looked at me in confusion when I said all I ordered was a vanilla shake. Then it took another 15 minutes to get the shake. There ya go.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant...ever. Ordered for 3 people via drive through, nobody else in line and only 2 groups inside. After about 30 min of waiting they asked us to pull around front to wait. After another 20 I went inside to check and see what was going on. All of our food was sitting in the window ready to go yet none of the employees seemed to care. Staff was apathetic and not apologetic at all. Clearly quality of work isn’t a priority here. Management needs replacing stat

This Dairy Queen takes too long. They never make food right and the place is not the cleanest. Last choice for a place to eat. Worked by college kids and they do not give good customer service. They also never have enough good this has been the fourth Tuesday in a row I come and they have no taco meet.

25 minute wait for a fast food burger at lunch time when there's only one customer ahead of you? That's pretty sad. I'm now sitting in a room full of confused looking people waiting and waiting for something to happen while the staff tries to figure out who does what. I think it's time to raise wages and attract some marginally competent employees. I'd gladly pay an extra quarter on my meal for competence.

This is the worst restaurant ever!! They stop serving food at least 30 minutes before closing so they can get out early! On taco Tuesday they run out of meat constantly and have to thaw (microwave) a bag of meat to be able to make more which comes out still half frozen!! Went in to get ice cream one day and when they went to make a hot fudge sundae they were using the chocolate that they use to make dipped cones instead?! They are clueless!!! They put a chair in front of the drive thru so they don't have to take care of customers and had a sign on the door that they were only taking credit cards because they had cashed out the drawer early!! These people do not care a single bit!! When we were leaving tonight 4 other cars pulled in wanting food and left when they saw us walk out and all asked if they were still serving food and we told them they weren't!! When asked who the owner was they said oh we don't know who owns it sorry!!!! Don't even bother!!!

I believe this is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been in (& I have been in a lot of them all over Texas). My dog's dish is cleaner. There had to have been over 500 flies in the place...a lot of them were alive & the window sills looked like a burial ground. Just absolutely nasty...not a clean table in the place. The ice machine wasn't working either & if you use the restroom you are asked to put your used toilet paper in a provided trash can because the sewer line keeps getting stopped up. Again, just nasty. The best thing about the place is the friendly employees. Here's a hint, they don't eat here...and neither should you.

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The food is less than mediocre. I just went for the grilled chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken was literally the size of a nugget. When I opened the wrapper the bun looked like there wasn’t even anything inside. How dare they actually cook and serve that to someone. Half of the chicken was so tough it was impossible to even bite through. For the amount of time I waited to receive my food and for what I got is ridiculous. I can guarantee the employees there wouldn’t even eat that food. I don’t ever want to go back and I hope that place either gets new management or shuts down.

The positives were that the two boys working the front were pleasant and friendly and clearly working hard. The blizzard we got was made with care and up to DQ standards.

The negatives is that this place consistently has bad management. It’s absolutely filthy, the floors are sticky, dead flies line the windowsills, live flies buzz all around. I didn’t visit the washroom so can’t comment on that.

Also they clearly need more staff: the iced tea was empty and the two boys working the front couldn’t handle the volume of traffic and replacing items that ran out. Also there was food sitting in the window for 15+ mins because there was nobody on hand to deliver it.

All in all, I would never stop here again and would rather get an ice cream bar from a gas station.
