Husband went there last night and got very sick after eating steak fingers, fries & gravy. I'd blame in on the gravy. He liked his dinner - but it's not worth getting sick!!

I ordered steak finger basket and got half of the little bittie cup of gravy all I wanted was for him to at least fill it up since I did order the 6 piece meal he wanted to charge me .86 cents. I know what's .86 cents but I paid 15.00 for my meal at least give me a full little cup of gravy.

It's difficult not to live DQ. The burgers are more than acceptable and the iced treats are delish!!
OK so it's a little old and could do with a refresh but it's a perfect place for a quick meal before hitting the road again!

Food mediocre, parking lot full of pot holes, server was great very nice. Front counter guy seemed like he was in a bad mood.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

The restaurant is not clean at all, trash on all of the tables and it wasn’t super busy so someone should have taken the time to go pick up the trash at least. There were also flies everywhere, flying around and dead on the window sills. Our table also had no napkins at it.
When we first arrived to place our order there was someone else paying for their order but they were a bit short, instead of moving to a different register the one cashier looked at us, said sorry and continued waiting.
After waiting 25 minutes my friend went up to ask how much longer it would be for our 2 salads. They told us they were coming right out and we proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before they came to our table. Even after repeating her order twice, they still got my friends order wrong.
When I was mixing up my salad I found a hair in it. I returned the salad and it took less than 10 min to replace it. So it shouldn’t have taken 30+ minutes originally.
There were also employees sitting in the dining area. That’s understandable if they were on break so they weren’t currently on duty, but if they weren’t going to help they should have been waiting in the back where they couldn’t be seen.

Some of the employees did give great customer service, but overall it was not a pleasant experience.

The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The service was quick and friendly. It was under $20 for two combos. There's a large parking lot that's great if you're pulling a RV.

Honestly this company doesn’t even deserve a rating. I am a first time customer that wanted to try Dairy Queen for the very first time when I came on a business trip manner for this location . I have never seen such a lack of unprofessionalism not to mention the fact the manager staff which by the way her name is Carmen was extremely comfortable throwing racial slurs out in the open as if I was not there and I am a person of mix culture. Then to add the ruined my order and refused to make me a new one , and never offered a refund , but to my surprise the young lady allowed her spouse to literally walk through the back and to personalize his meal and then made it free . I am extremely disappointed in the service that this establishment has . There was literally only one person who was extremely respectful and considerate and that young gentleman’s name is Francis . He provided outstanding customer service and I feel bad for the fact he was to work in a condition like that . Especially if a manager is comfortable throwing racial slurs I can only imagine the countless amount of times they’ve done it around that young man probably worse . I will be calling corporate on this establishment. This company needs a complete change in their staff and management team perhaps an adult instead of a kid , because she clearly has a lot to learn. Other than that Francis should definitely Take is excellent skills and characteristics to a company who would actually appreciate him and not these people .
