Mad Coffee & More

Great internet service compared to Starbucks so it is a better place to work as opposed to a Starbucks where u may not even be able to get much service (as I've seen at Buffalo Gap). Drinks and coffee are different than Starbucks but good. Surprisingly Extensive menu and choice of drinks. Consistent quality. Multiple owners (3?) And so the managment is always on. As the area builds Mad Coffee should be a good choice. They have done an exceptional job of competing with goliath and bringing their own more personal style and local flavor to the area. If they are able to maintain quality and a fast service time when handling an overflow crowd at those peak load times they will be a long term success and a good alternative to Starbucks.

Location is really out of the way
When staff go into the back room, good luck getting any service. I stood at the counter and waited and could see the staff glued to their cell phones, decided if they couldn't look up from their phones that I would go somewhere else that paid more attention

First time trying the place out. The spiced chai was amazing!!!!! The best I’ve had! The muffin was also very tasty! Customer service was awesome and they were very fast!

Most items I requested from the menu, they were out of. I stopped for hot cocoa for my 3 sons before school- they charged me for 2, made 2, and then had to re-swipe my card and told me to park around front while they made another. I've been there a handful of times and it's always been a negative experience.

I pass by this coffee shop every day on my way to work and on my way home. Always running 10 minutes late, so I didn't stop to try them out until quite a while after they opened. Why did I wait so long???? Their baristas are cheerful (no matter HOW MUCH ice and snow we have) and they get my order right every time (I change it regularly, trying to try out every possible combination of ingredients). Because of their great coffee, I have finally broken the habit of being 10 minutes late--can't wait to get my morning fix!

Sweet and Kind! And definately the best peaches and cream signature drink these lips have ever tasted!!!!

Complete waste of time if you want actual GOOD coffee. I've tried to give this place a chance time and time again and I still get the same exact product. I am either left with watered down coffee or lattes without coffee all together. I would never recommend this coffee shop to anyone unless they liked flavored milks or scones.

Absolutely love this place. Staff is always pleasant and attentive. Drinks are fantastic and certainly kicks the pants off of starbucks. Good variety of options as well.

One of my favorite places to go! Clean and mostly quiet spot to hang with friends and have some great coffee. Make sure to try the cold brew, it's the best!
