Mad Coffee & More

My iced coffees always taste like chocolate milk. It’s so odd. Sometimes I feel like there’s no actual coffee in the drink. But perhaps I am ordering incorrectly! Could just be me!

LOVE the atmosphere (a big fish tank in a coffee shop?? Very fun!) and friendly staff.. a little out of the way, and they don't have any "house creations" to really choose from if you're used to ordering off a menu like myself--but there is just about everything there to concoct your own new favorite 💗

The baristas were polite, the place was clean, and there was plenty of space to sit, the baked goods were alright, but honestly we couldn't finish our drinks. As a former barista, I admit I have particular standards when it comes to espresso-based beverages- I was unable to drink even 1/3 of my small iced latte. My husband who is not at all picky when it comes to coffee also noticed the "cappuccino" was really bad, and wasn't able to finish it either.

Edit: I'm sure the sweetness level in the latte is a preference issue (although I did request half sweet). The bigger issue was the espresso was not accurately calibrated in either drink. (It was significantly over extracted. I know some people prefer it *slightly* over, or under, extracted, but this was not what we experienced). In addition, the milk in the capp was scalded.
I understand having new employees and the challenges of getting everyone trained. Coffee is an art and a science, it's a lot to learn, and in addition to customer service.

I can see that many people enjoy your establishment, but unfortunately this was not our experience. Best wishes

Very helpful with me being new to Keto! They were able to offer me numerous options and smiled while I asked my questions. I will be back for sure, thanks ladies!!!

Really Great Coffee and Expresso. Always clean and tidy.

3 times i have ordered my coffee in the drive thru and the person doesnt get the order right. The saving grace this last time is the girl at the window offered to pay for it and IT STILL WASNT RIGHT. I dont taste any coffee in my FRAPPE. Just flavorings.

I think one of my biggest feedback items would be how incredibly slow the drive-thru always is. I've given myself almost 20 minutes to wait in line before (which was only for 3 cars infront of me) and used up that entire amount of time before I was at the window. I've also been asked to wait at the ordering screen and then forgotten about for over 5 minutes before someone remembered I was there--and I had to ask if they were ready for me yet. Of course they apologized profusely. By that point I had 4 cars behind me. It's not one of those places you can be in and out quickly. And frankly it's thee biggest reason I don't get coffee here. The coffee is pretty bitter and lacks flavor options too. So, if you see 1-2 cars and you're in a rush, keep going. A couple of ladies that work there are pretty nice. Another few are very stoic. An older gal there is probably my favorite. She's always really bubbly and nice. She has the most enthusiasm by far and seems like she either owns the place or loves working there.

I so love trying out coffee joints and honey, this one does NOT disappoint. I don't go in for all that whip and frap jazz, but hook me up with a quad espresso heavy with half n half?
