Koffee Beanz - More than Coffee

The service was slow, they forgot my coffee and after I finally got my order and had to remind them that I had two coffees with my order they seemed very angry that they had to actually give me the coffee that I paid for. It's a very cute shop and incredibly clean, but the service is lacking.

I originally stopped in here to see if they sold whole bean coffee as I am a fan of fresh grinding my own beans every morning it's the only way to make coffee in my opinion, luckily they do and they have a nice selection and they all taste great. Went back for lunch the next week had the catfish and a carmel cappuccino the food was good and the coffee delicious. I'd recommend Koffee Beanz for a quick lunch or a mid afternoon coffee pick me up. They also have a drive through you can call ahead order and swing by and pick it up.

Consistency is key. I’ve been going to this (nicely appointed) place on and off for the past six months or so. I usually go in the afternoon, and I get a simple iced coffee. Pretty simple. Cold coffee over ice. I go there once in the morning and the fellow at the window hands me something that is half filled with milk. It is not what I asked for. I tried to explain to the fellow, but it had already taken several minutes just to prepare and I needed to go. The staff perhaps needs to be trained consistently. Since I was going through Tullahoma, I decided to stop at Starbucks to get what I really wanted and for a dollar less. I think my to-go coffee is going to be Southern Cup from now on when I’m in town to avoid the problem if they can do an iced coffee for me.

Great atmosphere/ambiance in Shelbyville?!?! Yes!!! Who knew? I'm glad someone had the vision and fearlessness to make it happen. Oh, their coffees are good, and my wife loves the tomato basil soup.

Went here for the first time. I’m a guy not easily impressed, I was seriously impressed! Neat atmosphere great staff I had the Swamp rat burger cause a friend had told me about it. BEST DANG BURGER I HAVE HAD IN YEARS!

Customer service is EXCELLENT! Atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. You can study alone or find a friend here. Big city Koffee, small town family. Just tell them what you like, they'll make it right!

Great coffee, great choices, employees are friendly, and prices are affordable.

I have had some errors in orders, but they were corrected quickly. (Not entirely their fault, I did not know the right terms.)

I will be returning often.

Wonderful place for our Men's Monday morning prayer breakfast. Also had a great time Friday night listening to some of our local talent. Everyone should come and support this local business.

This is a fun place!! Creative and bright and cozy. A great place to go and just sit with friends and visit. Several coffee selections and the prices are very reasonable. Outdoor seating and drive through available.

Great coffee, welcoming ambiance, very friendly staff. Thought there aren't very many vegetarian or vegan menu food options the food is good, and the staff is always willing to accommodate with custom orders. My only complaint is the Guest Wifi speed. 3mbps (average) is very slow considering your proximity to town with much higher speeds available, please upgrade to 25mbps or higher (10mbps should be your minimum).
