Good coffee and croissants, friendly workers, but music was quite loud so keep that in mind.

Pay your workers a livable wage! Nashville is way too expensive and the owners make way too much to justify the current wage for their workers, who are the best part of Three Brothers Coffee! $16/hr, plus tips, and regular meetings that DON’T get canceled! Get it together!

Great little spot for good coffee and place to study. Music is weird sometimes, and it can get loud

Best latte in Nashville! This place consistently has the best drinks and service - all of the baristas here are super friendly and know their stuff really well. If you appreciate a well made cup of coffee, Three Brothers will not disappoint.

Not the best experience, latte was lackluster for the price, couldn’t taste the flavors of it. Person at the front was rude for asking basic questions like “where are the tops” and was occupied with certain customers at bar. Very basic experience and coffee especially considering that there are other shops with better customer service, prices, and coffee close by.

I’ve had great experiences at Three Brothers! But it is not great how management will not support the $16/hr wage + tips their workers are asking for. Management, please support your workers and give them the raise they deserve!

Pay your workers a living wage! $16/hr and weekly check ins is very reasonable. I love three brothers because of the awesome environment your baristas make. Don’t ruin it for everyone.

Great place but ownership needs to listen to their workers and stop slowing down negotiations for better wages. It is unfortunate that the people that make this place great (the workers) are being treated so poorly by management. Pay them what they deserve $16/hr.

Pay your workers a living wage. They’re demanding $16/hr, which is far short of a living wage in Davidson county. The fact that ownership is refusing to negotiate regarding these demands is pathetic! I love 3BC — solidarity with the workers who actually make the things we love!

In house roasted specilalty coffee, housemade syrups, & great artsy vibe! There is art for sale inside too. The customer service is wonderful and baristas are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this coffee spot and staying for a while. It's a great place to chill and work a bit too.
