The workers deserve better working conditions!!! Ownership needs to listen to their workers! Stop slowing them down by cancelling meetings. Your workers deserve $16/hr plus tips and reasonable meeting intervals.
I've been coming here for years. Of the hundreds of coffee shops I've been to, 3Brothers stands out above them all.

Interior was clean with an industrial aesthetic. Barista was friendly. I ordered a latte, and it was made in a normal amount of time with cute latte art.
I asked they use soy milk to make my latte with 2 pumps of mocha, and it tasted good. Not the best latte I've had, but I'd drink it again.

Great coffee, great atmosphere, very indie!
I know lots of people would find some artwork controversial, but I also believe that it adds personality to the shop, and makes it interesting - this is emphatically not a Starbucks, and it shouldn't try to be one.
A shame that the owners don't value the workers who provide that service and atmosphere, and refuse to negotiate with these hard workers, who cannot continue working in the city with their wage.

These amazing workers deserve better working conditions!! Ownership needs to listen to their workers' demands.
Stop slowing them down by canceling meetings and refusing to counter-offer their proposals. Meet $16/hr plus guaranteed tips and commit to meeting with appropriate intervals of 1-2 weeks.

Enjoyed my coffee here, however upon hearing that the owners won't negotiate for fair working conditions with their workers' union (which I would think constitutes a labor violation) I was very disappointed. Your workers deserve to be paid above minimum wage, at LEAST $16 per hour (and even that is low) and provide them with reasonable meeting intervals. I will be happy to update my review once these changes occur.

Service was excellent and these workers deserve better conditions. Workers deserve $16 an hours plus guaranteed tips. Meeting should be scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance to give proper notice. Ownership needs to listen to their workers and treat them better!! I stand in solidarity with the Three Brothers shop employees!

I love three brothers coffee and the workers and I wished Toby respected his workers as well! The workers deserve better working conditions! Ownership needs to listen to their workers' demands. Stop slowing them down by canceling meetings and refusing to counter-offer 16$/hr plus guaranteed tips and commit to meeting with appropriate intervals of 1-2 weeks. That's the bare minimum they could ask for! In solidarity with the workers of three brothers!
