The hardworking workers truly deserve better working conditions! It's high time ownership listens attentively to their valuable demands. Instead of slowing them down by canceling meetings and dismissing their proposals, let's work together towards a fair solution. How about meeting their request for a wage of $16/hr, along with guaranteed tips? Additionally, committing to regular meetings every 1-2 weeks would demonstrate a genuine dedication to their concerns. In unwavering solidarity with the workers,
A deeply supportive and loyal customer

Coffee here is 4/10; service is 2/10 as it will take 20 minutes to “create” a latte and absolutely not a friendly staff; the worst part is cleanliness that is absolutely shocking and a 1/10. There are inches of grease, dust and dirt on every surface.. I hope they at least clean out the space to make it healthier and more presentable .. Attaching a picture of the hand sanitizer that is the filthiest… Hand sanitizer that is filthy!! Definitely not going back..

The workers at 3 bros are incredible. I’ve been coming here for a long time solely because of the kind of service and care that they provide.
THEY DESERVE A LIVING WAGE. $16/ hour is the bare minimum that the owners and management of this coffee shop can do. The BARE MINIMUM. Disappointed to hear that management has been purposely slowing down negotiations, stalling and dismissing the needs of the workers. Committing to consistent meetings with the union reps every 1-2 weeks is also the bare minimum you should be doing to address the workers needs in a manner that actually yields to real progress.
Treat your workers better. We’re loyal customers for THEM, not for the ownership or management.

I come to Three Brothers probably three times a week before work. They have incredible drinks made well and thoughtfully and local baked goods. My partner and I moved here two years ago and what won us over was how incredible the staff are. They have truly made us feel apart of the Nashville community!
