Joe and Dough Cafe

This morning, my wife ordered her omelet with NO PEPPERS. Instead, it looked like it had extra. We were tight with time or would have had it remade.

My husband and I were having a hard time and came here for a date. I was exhausted and I ordered a HOT mocha frappe. And repeated hot. Forgetting that frappe meant cold. When i got
It and told the owner thats not what i wanted, he said they would make me the hot one but I would have to pay for both. It really wasn’t good customer service. The poor cashier didnt know what to say. Since technically it was a mistake on both of us. Anyways, i love coffee shops. And this was just not honorable customer service.

We go there EVERY Day!!! My wife loves there apple fritters. Way better than donuts country! The coffee is consistent which is why we changed from Starbucks. They have omlets and sandwiches. The owner and his crew always nice!

Sadly you go in thinking the donuts are going to be everything their stunning visual insinuate but alas I found them to be less than desirable. I will give credit ( a lot more than I give the donuts) to the non pastry breakfast menu. My sausage croissant was very good.

I've only eaten here once so far, but I will definitely be coming back! The cinnamon roll was wonderful and the glazed croissant was incredible. The staff was very kind and welcoming and the whole place had a great environment.

I was disappointed with the coffee. Creamer was from the little disposable cups and the ones I got were expired. They should have a carafe of creamer or something similar. Gravy was not good. Muffins were tasty. Will give another shot for lunch because most people I know have had good experiences.

The food was great!!! My only issue was that we placed our order ahead of time and waited inside 25 minutes to get our order. It was very busy for a Sunday so its understandable but 2 employees were just standing there doing nothing. Maybe if there was a 2nd register it would smooth out the process. We'll be back. :-)

Very friendly people and the bagels were so soft and warm, definetly give them a try! I had the Masala Omelette.

Definitely will not be back here! The Vanilla Iced Coffee I ordered literally tasted like hot coffee and water mixed together. Sat at the window AFTER they had given me my coffee to wait for my breakfast for at LEAST 15 minutes- one of the workers come to the window and said they accidentally gave my food to someone else- i asked if i could please just get a refund for the food I ordered. I was told “it will be done soon.” Not going back!

They serve up great pastries (donuts, fritters) and the drinks are good, but we don't love their hot food. My omelet was okay.
