Good branding. Nice vibes. Overall impression is a lack of process and organization. Orders took a long time to put into the POS and took a long time to get our order which came out in segments. Long drive through line. I would say they need to spend some time working on their process and technology. Both cashiers seemed to be having a hard time navigating the software and would ask repeatedly what we were saying. Worth checking out. Cream Cheese Croissant was good.

The gluten-free doughnuts were a little on the dry side. They have these and vegan on the weekends only it appears. The frosting flavors are good, I just wish they had a plain glazed instead of the fruit flavors. My nephew got a regular chocolate sprinkle and enjoyed it immensely. The hot chai was hot, sweet, and a little spiced. The employees were very nice and answered all my questions.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The staff is very friendly and made our food exactly as ordered (with requested modifications). The food was fresh and hot, and the portions are huge! I definitely recommend!

Service is EXTREMELY slow. I’ve been a couple times and each time I had to wait close to 30 minutes in the drive through regardless of how busy it was. Food is subpar and once tried to convince me to not order a nitro coffee because the worker just assumed I wouldn’t like it due to its bitterness. it’s coffee? Of course it’s bitter? Why would you question what I am ordering? I miss when this place was a family video.

Donuts were good and fresh.
The breakfast bowl not so much. Huge chunks of unseasoned potatoes. If you like bland eggs and potatoes this is your spot.

I really wanted to like this place, so I decided to give them a second chance after my not so great first encounter. On a Saturday morning I placed an online order. I drive across town to pick up the order in the drive-thru and was told they could not find my order, even though I had a email confirmation that the order was received. I was not offered any other solution, and asked for a refund ( by the way, online orders are charged a pick up fee and you are forced to tip). I was told that someone would have to call the help desk on Monday because they did not know how to process a refund. I leave, go to another establishment, and on the way home I get a call that my order is ready for pick up. I explain again that I no longer want it and at this point I’m too far away to come back. I ask for a refund again. This time I’m told “sure no problem “….did they take a 20 min class on refunds during this time??? Lesson learned, if you value your time & money stay clear of this place. If you love over priced mediocre coffee and donuts I hope you enjoy your experience.

Was going to use the drive thru to get two or three donuts. They didn't have any cake donuts so we were going to settle for two glazed raised donuts. We were the second car in line to pick up our food and waited more than five minutes before we decided to forget it. The vehicle behind us decided to park and go inside to pick up their order. We won't use the drive thru again.

Went to their soft opening and this was our 3rd trip back(5 1/2 dz donuts). Super friendly staff, helpful and fresh donuts!

Even got 4 dozen on a Friday morning with no issues! Just had to call ahead.

I forgot to take a pic before we started eating lol!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Complete rip off!!
Went through drive through on 3/30 around 8:45 am, ordered 2 apple fritters, 2 Bavarian cream, and glazed doughnut and a a toasted bagel with cream cheese. So young woke kid at the window said he was out of blueberry cream, and told him I did not order that, and he asked what I ordered and told him bavarian cream, and he said I don’t have that either, I asked him what did he have he replied he had some white cream stuff when he delivered the box. There was two apple fritters, one donut the other donuts were missing. The bagel was not toasted. It was microwaved instead of cream cheese. They use the sour cream on top of that when I called to complain to the manager, the same kid answered the phone and said Hr Manager doesn’t work today. I guess I am the closest thing to somebody being in charge. I’m not too sure what type of rinky-dink outfit this place is, but I’m I’m recommending to everybody who’s reading this do not go there. Donut palace is the best in Murphysboro and always has been and always will be do not patronize this place. It needs to close up and go away. Oh and getting reimbursed for the donuts. I didn’t get they wouldn’t do that either what I had ordered cost me close to 20 bucks. This place is a rip off.
