Brew Krew Coffee

My Grandma’s lived in Tennessee for 20+ years and I’ve grown up going to this mall since I was little and we can’t remember there ever being a coffee shop there. As a coffee fanatic myself, I was super excited to see the shop and it’s cute set up! The baristas were very nice and helpful! The guy that helped us, even made sure my Grandma’s coffee wasn’t too hot, and he checked with me to make sure my iced latte was good as well. I don’t live here in TN but I do know I’ll be back to this shop! I hope they are successful in College Square!

pretty good! they are a little pricey, a medium latte is about $7 and the coffees i’ve tried so far are more on the sweeter side and there’s not much that exceptionally stands out about them, but they do taste good. the staff is absolutely amazing and kind!! i have yet to try any food or smoothies but the food they have ready to serve in the display case look pretty good.

I go 5 days a week and have always had something delicious!! Hot drinks and cold drinks are both amazing and the baristas always have a smile on their face! So nice to have a coffee shop in the mall.

I was really impressed! Some places don’t take the time to try and figure out what works best for my own personal tastes! But this place did. I wanted a Caramel Frappe and wasn’t sure at first. But they insured that if I didn’t like it, they would make me anything off the menu! Thank Brew Krew, I’ll bring my family back for sure!

The coffee is great depending on who makes it. The owners are great however their staff is very rude! Many times I want a coffee but decide not to go because of the worker. I recently decided to go and the lady told me that she couldn’t make me a coffee because she was too busy while her and her coworker were sitting on their phones at the register.

I was not impressed. Coffee was lukewarm and asked for a fresh cup of coffee. Employee made more and it was too strong to drink and had coffee grounds in it. She was not knowledgeable on how to handle the situation and had to make a phone call to the manager. I ended up getting a refund which she acted like was an inconvenience. I will not buy from this store again.

Went here expecting a lot more honestly. The iced latte was very mediocre and disappointing. The coffee used for a latte is cold brew coffee and it is quite bland. I would recommend sticking with Dunkin’ and Starbucks for the price.

This coffee is THE BEST coffee I've had!! The friendly service and phenomenal products put this shop above the rest! Absolutely top notch! 👌

Ran down to get my fiancée a coffee while she was getting her hair done and couldn't be happier that I came across Brew Crew...excellent, friendly service and quality coffee. Definitely a win-win in my book!

I’ve been there a couple times now. i absolutely love this place. it’s so beautifully decorated, the coffee is amazing. but let’s talk about how AMAZING the staff always is. they are so friendly. And they always make sure our coffee taste up to standard. they seriously care about their customers. i need this place to get a drive thru so i can come everyday lol. they deserve all the business.
