Ramblin' Joe's Coffee by ugly mug

We decided to go sit in the cafe instead of go through the drive through. The staff was so sweet to my kid and they had a great energy and camaraderie with each other it was nice to drink my coffee and enjoy the energy. I hope the owner takes care of its people because they all deserve it, they make this place shine. Support local!

I love Ugly Mug. I even buy their coffee in Kroger to brew at home. They are local and I love supporting our local businesses.

4/19/2023, I knocked off 2 stars for the app orders. Something has changed. They never check their app orders. The last several orders I made were not ready, and they never know about them when I pull up. I have all kinds of excuses given.

The people here are lovely and the coffee and muffins are incredible! Love this place!

Didn't have but few people inside but they also had the drive up,and Gabe making coffee and being cashier also. 1st time there,bought 2 different bags,one different have much of flavor,2nd had touch of good flavor..alot of choices to pick. Gabe was very helpful with info on coffee.
Question. Do you personalize coffe gift mugs. Someone in Ca. was suppose to have sent one,had your address and from ugly mug,showed they were from CA. This person has made this the longest,hardest gift to receive. Just concerned why they did that this time.

Great little coffee shop, located near a stop light which makes for easy in/out access. The staff were friendly and helpful with the menu. The Cold Brew was excellent! Also had the Strawberry Frozen Lemonade and it was good. Not over priced either.

UPDATE (7 months later): They still don't announce when orders are ready. It is very frustrating to have cold coffee - we shouldn't have to beg for this.

I'm a frequent mobile app customer and I pick up my order inside. Would management please tell staff members to announce orders by name when they're ready? They never do this for me. I always tip 15% or more through the app, even though the service is poor.

This is the absolute best coffee place I’ve ever been, and I’m from Seattle. We stayed in downtown Memphis and drove 20+ minutes to get this coffee every morning. The flavors are so unique and there really is something for everyone. Most importantly, the staff is incredible. Everyone was so cheery, friendly, and helpful. On our last day we ordered a bag of beans and they took the time to grind it for us! Seriously, it will not disappoint.

Got the Blue suede macchiato and Cuban. The coffee was much stronger than I expected, may need to ask for a pack of.sugar next time but it was phenomenal. The sandwich was hot, and in no way lacking. Very impressed. Super friendly staff. I definitely understand now why the line was so long.
