My favorite coffee in Memphis! Best flavor of any roast around town. Inexpensive, with top notch service. Everyone working here is always a pleasure to speak with. Lucky me, today was Bagel Day!

Great coffee. I’m a huge Starbucks fan and rarely go anywhere else but Ugly mug has way better coffee. Great flavor the shop is nice and the employees there are very nice and friendly. Great place to sit and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. First time visitor soon to be a regular.

I'm not from Memphis, but this coffee shop is absolutely worth the 15-20 minute drive from downtown and we visit every time we're in town. It's small, but the coffee is the best in the city. Though we usually shy away from flavored coffees, their buttermoon is a treat and we buy it every chance we get.

Great coffee shop with some different flavored lattes than the usual. That's a good thing. I was initially disappointed that they don't have coconut milk, but oat milk turned out to be a good substitute.

I got the Full Moon Latte and it's fantastic. It's creamy, buttery and caramelly, but not overwhelmingly sweet. The staff is super friendly and the store is adorable. Good prices, too! The small drinks are all under $4.

The coffee and frappes are better than Starbucks and I’m not sure about the other reviews but every time I have been here (usually in the evening, once in the morning) the drive-thru moves exceptionally fast

I was in town for the weekend and I try to go to local coffee shops whenever I visit places. Honestly Ugly Mug Coffee is probably one of the best coffee shops that I have been to. The baristas were pleasant and the coffee was delicious. Be sure to give the Blue Suede Macchiato a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I go here everyday, even twice a day sometimes! The coffee is way better than Starbucks. The staff know me and my entire family by name and they know our coffee orders by heart! They are like extended family to us:)

This place is just awesome. Friendly people and the coffee is really good. They even give discounts for students and punch cards for an eventually free drink if you go there often. Its a little small, but that is what makes it unique. Definitely give it a try, it might surprise you.
