Huge fan of local coffee shops but after four visits just think it's time to give up on this place.

Have been here multiple times hoping for a better experience but seems to be the same.

Pros:
Space is large and comfy which is great. Staff keeps tables cleaned which is nice. Tables outside too.

Plenty of parking outside and if lot full street parking.

Sweets were delish. Lemon bread and macaroons very flavorful.

Cons:
Service is sadly lacking. Staff not friendly and kind of feel like bothering them when ordering. Get that service industry can be rough (been there) but feeling welcome is pretty basic.

Coffee drinks have been inconsistent. Drip coffee tasted burnt one visit. Lattes were underwhelming. Drink specials not worth the cost if you can't taste the flavors.

Breakfast sandwiches (egg and cheese biscuit) dry and overcooked both times.

Why do I keep coming back? Just keep hoping they can be my go to place. Looks like I need to keep looking.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Good atmosphere, great staff, awesome branding, and fantastic coffee. Definitely a local gem.

I love coffee and came here for the first time today. I ordered the Thunderbird, iced and it was so good. Perfect balance of sweet and spice. They have a pretty impressive food menu too, lots of yummy healthy options. Nice spacious atmosphere too. I'll definitely back!

I had to deal with heather D. She had an attitude from the beginning. It’s pretty sad. I love Vienna and most of their staff.

A nice, cozy coffeehouse. Located in an old furniture store that the owners beautifully renovated. The coffee selection is great. I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and service. A good place to see local performers.

Great place for coffee and conversation. Upbeat in a college atmosphere.

My dad and I share a love for local coffee shops. We both love to sip coffee while people watching, and he loves to write while I love to read. My folks recently moved to Maryville, and Vienna became my dad's go-to spot. I've been there only three times now, but will be an annual patron for years to come. I love Vienna if only for the vision of my dad posted up on a comfy couch, sipping on coffee, working on his next writing project.
Vienna is huge. That's maybe the biggest upside. There is comfy seating, and lots of it. Perhaps the small town rent levels allow them to avoid the space issues that many similarly awesome coffee shops suffer from. The coffee and little bit of food we have had were great, with the only mild complaint being the speed of service. If I were a local, Vienna would be my priority location for relaxing on a Saturday, working remote, holding a business meeting or Bible study, etc.
