Great coffee shop but poor setup when ordering. They get so busy and the line gets so long, they really need 2 or 3 registers. Some staff not familiar with menu.

Excellent coffee. Terrible customer service at least 60% of the time. Don't even try the drive-thru. I have been going here since the beginning and it has deterred from the once chill coffee house to having a real elitist vibe on the inside.

Great place if you're looking for an "experience." Excellent setting for one or a group. Casual. Orders taken and filled quickly. Coffee, tea, and novelties of both very good! Pastries a bit bland. Prices on the higher end.
