These guys know what they are talking about when it comes to coffee! They gave me this coffee tea thing that was actually pretty good! Their coffee is from Counter Culture Coffee which is the same coffee used in other cool quirky places around Knoxville. Parking isn’t always easy to find there unfortunately.

Superior coffee and comfortable atmosphere. The coffee is on point and the baristas are knowledgeable about their craft. Plenty of seating and well kept. Likely one of the best coffee shops in Knoxville. I recommend the Cafe Americano.

Java is my favorite (and the best) coffee shop in Knoxville. The owners, Shaun & Meg, take an enormous amount of pride in their business and they strive to bring the best to their customers. Java has a low key, hip Knoxville vibe, with a great selection of homemade baked goods, coffee and teas. They are also great supporters of local farms, such as Cruze dairy, and other regional business. I also respect Java's support of local charities and causes that include everything from local art events to Equal Rights. A great place to work on your computer (they have a ton of electrical outlets), meet up with friends, read a book or just to grab a quick cup on your way to work, Java is the place to go!

I'm not impressed, like 2 years ago.
They didn't ask if we like to have a mug or a paper cup.
Ordered a Latté, it doesn't taste like it looked.
With $4 for a 12oz Latté definitely overpriced.
I'm not a Starbucks friend, but in my opinion I can get the same tasting for $2.95 over there.

My dog is getting radiation treatments at UT Knox for a brain tumor and I decided to Google "coffee near me" after dropping him off one morning. I found this little place and LOVE it.
If you like smooth coffee that's not too sweet, try the Cafe Miel. This is my second time here and I legit crave the Cafe Miel when I'm home in Nashville!

Hand crafted and each bean chosen with love. Think I’m kidding? Not even close to a joke my friends. Most thoughtful brews and mouth watering flavor, this owner/barista knows how to make java! You’ll want to keep coming back for more.

Walk up orders taken in a cute area for you to sit and relax while enjoying people watching in the Old City.
Dolly Fest is this weekend with businesses contributing part of the proceeds to the Imagination Library founded by Tennessee's own Dolly Parton.
