Mimi's Cafe

We had a wonderful meal at Mimi's Cafe. The atmosphere was quiet, but very welcoming. I enjoyed everything we had to eat salad was big and sandwiches where mouth watering. Cooper was an excellent server and Victoria was so nice and helpful! A must try!! The take order was ready before I even knew it and everything I needed was in the bag! Great find!

Went for a late lunch, wasn't crowded. Service adequate but a slow for the number of customers. Food was very good, cooked properly, nice portions.

We (2 of us) had the Pot Roast with carrots & celery served on a bed of mashed potatoes $14.99 each, it was the WORST thing we've ever eaten! It was served in a bowl, it was VERY soupy! Pot Roast was NOT seared before cooking, veggies were cut small enough for a baby to eat, and were mushy, mashed potatoes were soupy because the whole thing was sitting in 2 inches of broth! The ONLY roast I've ever eaten with a spoon! Absolutely HORRIBLE! Salad was smallest I've ever seen, and we had to ASK for bread to sop up the soup! What a total WASTE OF MONEY! Server was nice, but at 6:30 PM. On a Monday night there was only 3 tables including ours with people.
Manage gave us each a muffin and apologized. DEFINITELY WILL NOT recommend or return!
Save your money, and go to the Olive Garden next door...

Food was okay. Server was great however the food service was slow. This is a place I'd have to be in the mood for if I decide to return.

My mom and I stopped in for lunch on our way traveling home from NC. I had never heard of Mimi's, but she had heard of it several years ago and wanted to try it. She had the French Quarter burger and I had the French dip. Both sandwiches were really good! We both ordered a dessert to-go. She was really looking forward to the bread pudding with whiskey sauce, and I chose the lemon layer cake. Upon receiving our chosen desserts however, we were both disappointed 😞. The slice of cake that costs near $9! was a very small slice and falling apart. My mom's bread pudding was a decent serving, but did not have the whiskey sauce she was really looking forward to that makes a bread pudding great. The waitress failed to mention when we ordered that they didn't have any of the sauce. I enjoyed the decor of the restaurant and the atmosphere, but the restrooms needed attention.

Transfer of liquor license means beer only or BYOB. (Dec'22). Delicious food, breakfast all day, impressive selection. Very friendly atmosphere

Promptly seated and even informed our server our time constraint for lunch. We ordered & received our food within timely matter and out the door by time we needed to be. Food and service was excellent.

Average at best. 60$ for an omelette and waffle breakfast. The vibe in the entire restaurant was very weird. Won’t be back.

Had a wonderful lunch with a friend. Great service, and everything was fresh and hot. The turkey club was delicious 😋

Amazing experience. Dined outside and was actually waited on by the manager. He was absolutely amazing and such a nice personality. I've been a waitress many times in the last and never seen such a hard working manager that actually is willing to help and wait on tables.
Food was phenomenal and fresh yet so unique. Cutest cafe by far with such a nice outdoor space in which I sat at.
