Coffee and Chocolate

Coffee was extremely good and the staff was very nice. I would recommend this little coffee house. If you go get the Mocha Latte, you will not be disappointed. I'm bummed I did not get to try their chocolates, they all looked amazing.

Nice atmosphere but terrible coffee and costco-style baked goods. Chocolate is okay; not spectacular flavor - though the ideas for flavors are great. I've been back to try several times but the coffee always as a strong acrid or burned flavor and the espresso pull is worse than SBs

Very cool little coffee shop in a great location, central to Market Square, Regal Cinemas, The Tennessee Theatre and dozens of restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. C&C offers an extensive assortment of gourmet chocolates, candies, cookies and other sweets. The sea salt caramels are incredible, but, truth is... so is everything they offer. ☕🍫🍪

Great employees. Were there new years eve, when it's crazy busy, and those 2 guys were ship-shape. Very efficient, professional, calm, friendly. Good coffee and good food, a little pricey but it's downtown.

It's fab. A Local favorite. A tourist must do to get the market square attitude.

Oh my god, this coffee is delicious!!!! My brother, my husband and i stoped by casualty, and it was the best, the guy who took care of us was really nice and helpful. They have a lot of variety of coffees! Thank you guys so much!

Cozy nook of a shop, clean, fresh scent with the scent of coffee not overpowering but a soothing pick me up. A pretty display of delicious chocolates and other tasties with simple decor. Staff was friendly, welcoming and quick to serve without being pushy. Quite a welcome morning, lunch treat.

I am from Orlando Florida and visit Knoxville Tennessee often.. The Coffee and Chocolate cafe downtown has the most amazing coffee and chocolate anywhere ! Not only do they have delicious coffee ( latte, cappuccino, espresso etc..) And don’t get me wrong I love a good cuppa Joe but their chocolate is absolutely scrumptious they have the most beautiful designed chocolates that are delicate pieces of artwork, so beautiful you do not want to eat them. And the chocolate covered Smore’s, chocolate covered oreo cookies , peanut butter cups are absolutely divine. I will be back up in May and I cannot wait to visit your shop again. Thank you to all of you awesome people at the coffee and chocolate shop downtown Knoxville, Tennessee 💕
