Coffee and Chocolate

Man!! One look at the chocolates display, and I had to have some. Not only was the barista super friendly and attentive, but it smells like heaven in there. I got a white mocha, and my brother got a Mexican mocha. Both were delicious. Then, I got a 6-pack of chocolates and a 6-pack of macarons. Let’s just say every last one was delicious with the exception of one macaron I didn’t particularly care for. The chocolates were fresh and creamy.

Coffee was nothing to applaud, but, hands down the best tasting and best assortment of chocolate truffles and the like, in all of Knoxville!

This place is amazing! The barista is so kind and always polite and patient. This is my favorite o=place to have coffee in Knoxville.

Stopped in for a little after dinner sweet. Got a few of their chocolates to take back to our Airbnb. Flavor was great. Chocolate was on point. Service was friendly and helpful. Great location and plan to visit again to try the coffee.

Tried to ask the staff her opinion on a drink and then she proceeded to skip me for the next costumer in line. Later asked for more sweetener in the drink and she suggested that “we could get caramel somewhere else.” Felt that she was unjustly rude and made it an overall subpar experience.

Premium coffee at reasonable prices and the best pastries and chocolate in town! All chocolates are made in house and the range of flavors is both eclectic and irresistible! Do the smart thing and buy a whole box so you can try them all! :) Baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. Bring a friend or 3 and hang out awhile at this Market Square gem.

Great little shop with great coffee. My drink was delicious. Didn't get any of the chocolates, but they looked fantastic and will definitely have to go back to check them out....and another coffee.

This place had me at coffee and chocolate. Probably two of my favorite things! The chocolates were really cute and the coffee is fantastic! I recommend the Mexican mocha latte. This place is really neat with a large variety of treats! Laid back and comfy atmosphere. Not to mention the barista was extremely friendly and patient with me since I'm so indecisive about chocolate.

Super disappointed, I live in knoxville so we frequent downtown cafes and restaurants often. My friend and I happened to stop by Starbucks and didn’t realize they had closed early for the day around 5:20pm on January 29th no big deal we took a little walk to chocolate and coffee and we were not greeted, in fact there was another couple in front of us and the girl working said “I’m taking a break”. She didn’t tell us that I just happened to over hear her. So we waited for about 10 minutes in line when the couple in front of us decided they weren’t waiting so they left we stepped up to the register and were left reading a note that said be back at 5:45 well it was only 5:30 when we read the note but the girl working just stared at us and ignored that we were waiting. I just think customer service has been very poor lately at this establishment. We decided to go get coffee else where when a group of 6 walked in and they were also just stared at and we all ended up leaving because it was very uncomfortable and not very welcoming.. disappointed with this establishment as it’s never been like that before. We have always enjoyed our local businesses and will continue to support them but maybe get a more friendly staff or have 2 on the floor so you aren’t losing 10 customers in a 20 minute window.. either way we went to K brew and it was fantastic!
