I wanted a dozen hot ones, even slightly warm ones, but no. I bought a dozen glazed anyway. These donuts look like they're about 3 days old! I'm not sure whether to take them back or what. It seems like a few years ago you changed your glaze and they haven't been the same since. So sad! I used to love Krispy Kreme so much!!

Came through to get my son a doughnut, after we ordered we were asked if we had the Covid vaccine? I stated no and the guy said pull up. We get to the window and as he is taking my money I asked, what would the difference had been? He said if we are vaccinated we would get free doughnuts…. This is 100% discrimination. There would have been ZERO difference had he asked what color or gender I was! Will NEVER visit another KK location again, and it’s a shame too because it was my sons favorite. Duncan Doughnuts it is I guess.

Line was horribly slow. Unfortunately the cashier seemed frustrated and quite honestly- not polite at all. But everyone has bad days once in a while. I would have suggested maybe she with in a different location, so she did not have to deal w/ customers.

Our experience was lackluster. The donuts were fine, however the service was disappointing. Our server was rather cold, abrupt, and slightly rude. When we asked about a certain flavor, she just replied, "I mean, I don't know." Which is fine- but there was no effort on her part to help us. Maybe she was having a bad day.

During COVID, Krispy crime is offering free donuts for 2020 graduates. I thought that is amazing. They asked that we have our gowns on however, due to being 5 hours away from the school I graduated from we didn’t have any kind of ceremony and we didn’t receive our caps and gowns. I called and the employee was extremely rude to me. I tried to explain my situation but he wouldn’t listen and was very rude on the phone. We already went through a lot this year, don’t try to give us “free donuts” if you aren’t even willing to listen to our situation. Not all of us had the luxury to receive an actual cap and gown. You would think showing a picture of my diploma would be enough, but he said no. I am very disappointed.

Terrible service and unknowledgeable about their own menu items. I order something listed on their website and told this doesn’t exist? Well website says it does and I guess you don’t know your own menu better then someone who just read your website? They are understaffed as well and always too crowded when you go. My order was wrong last time I went as well and it was a large preorder so it took a bit to get it and then they seemed mad at me that my order was big. I ordered ahead and they had the time they just don’t pay attention to detail I guess or apologize for their mistakes.
