Customers appreciate the fast service provided by the friendly staff at Krispy Kreme. The hot and fresh donuts are a favorite among many, and the variety of coffees and donuts is loved by customers. The iced latte is also highly recommended, although there have been occasional reports of the machine being down.
While the donuts are generally loved for their taste and freshness, some customers have expressed concerns about the prices being on the higher side. However, many still find the donuts worth the cost. The donut designs around holidays are a hit with kids, and the availability of single donut purchases allows for better portion control.

Generally good service and you can't beat fresh, warm donuts. I went through there this morning to get some donut holes for my kids Christmas party, when I got to the school i opened the box to find cut up pieces of donuts instead of holes. Not a big deal, the kids still loved it, but it would have been nice of them to let me know. Not cool.

I always like to try a new donut place when travelling. Unfortunately the place I had picked out this last trip wasn't open on Sunday. I decided go with Krispy Kreme, since they had a couple of new things to try.
The restaurant itself was clean and the lady at the counter was helpful. I was in and out quickly; I suppose being a high-volume seller requires a level of efficiency that most smaller places do not have.
My experience with Krispy Kreme, and this was no different, is that it is always a safe option. You are never going to get something amazing that you want to tell all of your friends about. However, you are also unlikely to buy anything that is inedible. It is consistent and above-average, like many fast-food restaurant chains. Sometimes that is exactly what I am looking for.

The staff was exceptionally nice. They even gave some love to my dog. The donuts were heavenly.

Should it really be called Krispy KREME of they are consistently OUT of said Kreme?
Donuts are divine, lemon filled are awful and taste chemically.

Nothing beats a warm Krispy Kreme glazed donut! Just keep an eye out for the "hot" sign to be turned on! Krispy Kreme likes to keep current by offering deals regarding what's going on in the world. For example they've had a deal that was good for a year (2021) and you could show your Covid vaccine card to get a free glazed donut. Today (4/13/22) the price of a dozen donuts is the same as the cost of a tank of gas. I bought 2 dozen today for the usual cost of 1 dozen. Keep an eye out for their deals they're creative and you never know how long they'll last!

Very friendly employees. You'll need a coupon or use their app to get a good price. They are very expensive if you don't.

Great donuts but seem a little pricey. Almost $2.00 each.

Don't get me wrong, I love KK and their doughnuts. But, this one did something that I hope they fix.
I was waiting in line with my mom for 20 minutes, only to be told that they were out of doughnuts at the menu stop.
I get they have things they need to do, but come on. Please tell your customers as soon as you run out.
Heck, put out a sign that says you've run out where everyone can see it. Just please, doughnut disappoint us like this.

I went to Krispy Kreme yesterday, Oct. 16th, around 3 PM. Ordered a dozen assorted donuts, ALL of which were stale. ALSO ordered and paid for a large iced coffee, but received a small iced coffee. At first I thought that maybe the sizes were different here, but just checked and nope. In summary, Dunkin Donuts is better quality overall.

Donuts are always great and fresh.
