This day I was only getting a mocha, but as usual it was delicious. Everyone is always nice. My favorite food item is the bacon quiche, but love the paninis too. They do take a little longer than a fast food drive through, but it is worth the wait.

I served the pimento cheese and chicken salad at a small family party. Everyone loved them, and more than one who asked where I bought the salads smiled and nodded when I began saying "Sourdough..." The customer service was as excellent as the food. I received kind help figuring how much to buy and even received a sincere thank you for my business!

We had always enjoyed this place but were disappointed tonight. I had ordered an ice cream without whipped cream but one of the workers mistakenly put it on before another stopped her. This would have been completely fine but she proceed to remove the whipped cream with her fingers (in gloves). I would prefer to have done that myself or had someone do it with a spoon.

I love this coffee shop & I truly love supporting local businesses. I have encouraged many people to stop buying Starbucks & to support a truly family friendly, community oriented businessman. Everyone, including Stephen, the owner, have been great & very customer focused. Having said all of this, I do have one issue. They seem to have taken up the current trend of handing you a card reader device so you can add a tip. I have no problem tipping servers in a restaurant but tipping someone who hands me a drink at a drive through is a little much. I understood this during Covid because businesses were slow. However, these drinks are not cheap and when you are sort of put on the spot to tip it makes one not want to go as often. I have talked to many people who feel pressured to tip when the card reader is set before you. Sourdough Cuppa Joe isn't the only place doing this but I sure wish they'd discontinuethis practice. At least for the drive thru when you're literally ordering a single drink.

Great place for coffee in the morning. The sign is a little difficult to see, but it's the same place that serves frozen custard. Highly recommend the satin house special.

Dark roast coffee and the two cookie flavors available (lemon and their chocolate chip) were delicious! Highly recommend. The scones aren't what I would call a scone: they are very sweet with frosting, and the texture is different than what I associate with a scone. They're not bad, but it's a dessert not a breakfast scone that's for sure.
Will be back for coffee and cookies but wouldn't order the scones a second time.

A nice coffee shop. The staff are very nice. They have lots of various sweets to enjoy too. Nana's Frozen Custard is also at this location. So whether you like coffee, baked treats or custard. There is no shortage of options available to enjoy.
