Ordered the espresso milkshake (which was delicious). They fixed it with chocolate syrup which I didn’t realize. Anyways, I can’t have chocolate and told them and they kindly remade the shake for me. Excellent service!

1st of all, most of the coffee places we closed due to short staffing or some other reason, we found the Village Cafe and creamery, and I'm so glad those other places were closed... the place is adorable and the sweet woman running it was as kind and accommodating as you can be, we talked about her home county of Croatia 🇭🇷 and their soccer team and it was like speaking to an old friend.

If she wasn't enough to make you want to come back I got my iced white mocha and my wife got her strawberry Frappuccino and they were IMMACULATE.... I consider myself to be a coffee connoisseur and that was one of if not the best Mochas I've ever had.

We will come back everytime we're in or around Gatlinburg. I'd give it 10 starts if I could.

Our family loves this place, the owners are fantastic. We have driven an hour one way thru traffic just to have their ice cream. Please don’t do the chains support local!

Cute little nook and corner, great spot to take a break and a load off, plus there's ice cream! I highly recommend the cookies n creme and coffee flavors if they're available when you are there.

Super friendly little shop with great ice cream. It was much more affordable then the mainstream shops in town. We went there twice in 3 days. This is a must stop if you want good ice cream.

Perfect little spot for an ice cream treat. The staff members are super friendly, and the ice cream was delicious. Prices are average with most ice cream shops. We sat out on the little patio and enjoyed our lovely treat.

After spending over 12 bucks here, we sat in their front area to enjoy our ice cream. Ran back inside to grab a cup of water (it was hot out) and they wouldn't give me one unless I paid them a dollar. Really? This isn't usually a problem at other places.

Tried affogato for the first time here!! It was amazing and such a friendly staff!! Will def be back!!
